I usually hate going to Walmart(SERIOUSLY, like I would rather get a root canal with numbing), but this one is so different. The store is very clean, organized and most importantly the staff is very friendly! I did have an issue with one cashier,(one item was ringing up higher than it should have and when I told her she said she couldn’t change the price and that whatever showed up was the real price… WRONG)! A quick visit to customer service resolved that issue without a problem. No matter what day or time I go here, it is always a pleasant experience. I live in Denton, but I usually travel to Highland Village or Lewisville to grocery shop for a better experience, but after going here again, I will definitely start shopping here more:) Even their subway is super clean with fast service. On my way out, one of the ladies from the salon gave me her business card and I have been looking for someone who does natural hair who is closer to me(I usually go all the way to Arlington). I will be visiting her very soon. I only talked with her briefly, but from that short convo, she was the sweetest ever:)

I don’t normally give bad reviews, nor have I ever given a review on a supermarket or department store, but I just had to say how bad the service was here. The cashier was the rudest person I have ever encountered at any store I have ever purchased an item from. His behavior and demeanor was repulsive!!!

This one’s my favorite Clean, people are nice. Crowds are manageablelooking I think it’s a reflection of the community it serves and that shops here. Folks for the most part are cordial and it’s not tget stress filled crazy train to looney town fest that other area walmart seem to be between the hours of 6pm and 11pm. Always find what I need and it’s well staffed for her amount of predictable business it generates.

Ordered one-hour photos. Then went to the WalMart after an hour. Proceeded to wait an hour more. Left without the photos as they said there is no one available at the photo center at 7:30pm.

I usually love coming to this Wal-Mart…two days before Christmas and they have 6 of 20 cash lanes open. Guess Christmas was a surprise to them this year.

As far as Walmarts go, this one is the best. Newer, clean, bright, organized. Even on Thanksgiving night, folks were calm and respectful. I’m happy this is the closest Walmart to my home!

Why can’t all Walmart’s be this clean and have staff this friendly and helpful? Is it just a thing in Texas or what? Anyway, on vacation with family I hit up this place 4 – 5 times in a week. Each time I had a friendly conversation with employees who were happy and seemed to enjoy their job. Keep it up Cross Point. You have lifted the quality of Walmart in my eyes.

I love this Walmart. I live in fort worth, but when I visit my parents, I try to visit this Walmart. The people are friendlier and they have a great selection of things they don’t offer at the fort worth or denton walmarts.

Well, everyone knows that a Wal-Mart is a Wal-Mart… But I’ve always had good experiences at this location. The produce section(an area that in most places usually looks like a tropical tornado juuuuust whirled through) is usually quite carefully kept up. The self-checkout stations are ironically easily manned by two clerks roving around helping customers check out. The store is clean and well stocked. I’m not sure you can ask for much more from a Wal-Mart!

Clean, newer location. This location is a huge win for everyone that had to suffer through the traffic to go to the one at the Little Elm/Frisco border on 423 or head all the way into Denton. Too bad it opened after I moved away from that area.

So far this new Walmart is groovin’ with this chick. Wide aisles and clean floors AND I haven’t experienced the crowds. Oh but i did still have to wait in line at check out. Wish the Subway was a McD. Oh well.

I love a brand new Walmart! So clean and sparkling. Everything in it’s place, every register open… ahh! I’m sure it won’t last long, but it’s nice as of now. This isn’t my normal location since I don’t live nearby, but it’s en route to my school in Denton. It seems a little unsafe to get out of since there aren’t stop lights yet(unless you go all the way down by the new Whataburger. Hopefully they’re get some up and working soon. Cars go 65+ on 380 so I hope everyone takes extra caution. Other than that, service is friendly. There’s a Subway inside. The produce looks great, I did a little grocery shopping and I seen much healthier options than I’ve seen at my normal location. Picked up some non-gmo, vegen fed chicken burgers. Pretty tasty, usually have to head over to Sprouts or Whole Foods to find such things. Overall, Walmart’s are Walmart’s…if we hate em’ or love em’, we’ll probably still go to em’.

Our new Walmart just opened a few days ago and so heavy traffic is expected for a few weeks. The crew are helpful every time I’ve gone to the store. I hope this is a lasting characteristic, as I already am not a fan of the grocery chain. Produce was FRESH and the cashiers were delightful. Keep in mind, were are only a few days in so everything is still new. Management is seen walking around with walkie talkies to be on hand should problems arise. Wonder how long that will last. They also walk you to wherever dept if you need help finding something instead of just pointing and sending you on your way. Although I think that was just a first day thing. I’m excited to have a grocery store nearby, as Market Street was a bit out of the way if I forgot an ingredient and had to run and pick it up. Can’t wait to see what else is being built in the area.
