I absolutely LOVE this studio! I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, and I keep coming for so many reasons… the teachers are great, and there are many different teachers with different styles, and each one offers something different each class. There are many different types of classes, and a lot of different times classes are held so it’s easy to find classes that fit with my schedule. The space itself is beautiful… it’s simple and focused on being environmentally friendly. They sell quality, eco friendly, locally sourced goods in the front room, from candles that come in boxes you can plant to grow flowers/​herbs to yoga mats and yoga mat carriers. Also, classes are actually affordable! Al (the owner) is wonderful and I have yet to meet a teacher here I didn’t like.

Dropped in this morning rather last minute and absolutely loved the studio. Great ambiance and instruction. Very mellow and quiet. The décor reminded me of beach wood and spring and Sunday mornings, I enjoyed it very much, will visit again. If I still lived around the area I would be a frequent goer. I appreciated the gentle instruction and wasn’t intimidated by hard core yogies.

I love this studio! It’s a wonderful space with amazing energy. I love their athletic class and the workout that it gives me. Cozy flow was a little mellow for my goals but was still a great class. The first 30 days for $ 40 program was amazing because it allowed me to try different classes with different teachers to see what was the best fit for me.

Owner Al Bingham has created a beautiful and tranquil space. There is a very nice array of class options to practice and grow at your own pace. Teachers are excellent, kind and encouraging. A true gem in Croton on the Hudson.
