This is the first time I have ever been so disappointed with wing stop. The wings I received had huge amounts of fat and were chewy like they were uncooked. I have never been so disgusted until now. I hope this is not a reoccurring incident.

First bad experience here. Made an online order and showed up about 5 mins before it was ready. I was then told my order is not ready and have to wait 17 mins. There’s no one in line and a few customers eating. All I was told «hey, at least it will be fresh». Lol wow.

The wings are solid but this chain isn’t anything spectacular. There aren’t any TVs or many tables in this tiny establishment so it’s definitely a ‘stop’ to pick up wings on the way home. I think that’s what I’ll be doing from now on with Wingstops. The staff were too busy taking phone calls and their orders first to deal with the customers that were standing right in front of them, but when one guy finally did help us he was friendly. They are quick with the wings, and all of the food is very good.
