C & P Nails

I have been coming to this nail salon for over 10 years and have not had any problems. They are almost like family. I know them all as well as their children. After checking to see if they were open on Christmas Eve, I noticed one bad review on them. I couldn’t believe it, so I thought I would read it and see what was up. What a bunch of lies. Who knows what set this person off… Sounds like they were just in a really bad mood that day. I love the place. They always do a good job and they greet me by name as soon as I walk in the door:-) Tammy/​Virgil

I’d really like to give this review zero stars. This was the most disturbing manicure ever. I came to CP Nails years ago, and told myself then that I’d never return, but in a pinch, I found myself back here, wanting to flee mid-​manicure. The salon is the DIRTIEST salon I’ve ever been to. The stations are not dusted or cleaned, and they are covered in snipped cuticles, nails and acrylic dust. The sink where they had us wash our hands was unsanitary and embarrassing. I couldn’t believe the condition of all of the utilities. I can’t believe there were ppl there actually getting pedicures! There’s no way I’d put my feet in a hot pool of water in those basins after having seen the sink. They did a pitiful job filing my nails and they were more jagged than when I went in there. I would have been better off coming to the salon having already filed my nails. They do not sterilize their tools which is the most disturbing part of all. My mom went with me and we sat next to each other and her technician was not even 2 mins. into her manicure and he cut her cuticle and drew blood. Very worrisome! The salon had a noxious smell and I’m fairly certain the technicians were drunk or high, or both, as they were acting really jittery, uncomfortable and creepy. My mom ended up with polish all over her fingers because her technician couldn’t hold the bottle steady. My mom convinced me to tip the technician as a courtesy, but I was really wishing I hadn’t. Avoid this place at all costs and spend the extra $ 20 at a more reputable salon.
