I was fairly unimpressed with this place. I have not used any storage facilities before so this may be normal but I had to pay a fee to hold the storage place until I moved there. So I was paying for storage from the time I reserved it even though it was a week in advance of when I planned to use the storage. In the end my circumstances changed and I never used the storage. I canceled it nine days after the date I originally intended to fill it and the owner was very inflexible about providing any refund. So I payed a full month, a holding fee and a move in fee without ever having used the space.
Again, maybe this is normal, just thought I’d throw it out there.
