You need to go here! I came to Cassidy Tire with two bumm tires. I left my car so it could be assessed. Steve called twice to keep me updated on what they were finding.
I liked his work ethic and his Customer Service. It exceeds anything I have seen in a long time.
He runs an honest business and his crew did a great job fixing my tire problems. He even wants to do a follow up with me in a few days. I will definitely go back here when I need to purchase tires. Go here! Great service, professional, really good business!

Best place to get tires, hands down. We’ve been to Costco, and while there was nothing wrong with their service, and the price was just okay, Cassidy is a better deal! They want your business at Cassidy, and will offer a competitive price and are much faster than Costco, where there was an over 2+ week wait for the next appointment. At Cassidy, we needed our tires fairly quick before leaving on a cross-​country trip, and we had them within 2 days, and for a good price. Nice people!

I was across the street at Nissan and they told me my NEW tires on my NEW car were completely bald! I was told to go to Cassidy Tire and get them replaced before they would do any tire rotation or alignment. I called Cassidy Tire and spoke with Steve, explained the situation, and he fought for me with Continental Tires and honored their replacement discount! I was able to drop off and pick up my car, and was updated every step of the way. I will definitely be back!

My daughter hit a snow bank and her tire went flat. I took it off of her car and brought it to Cassidy Tire to have it repaired. They fixed it while I waited which was great. I’ve bought tires, had oil changes and front end alignments done before and they always do a great job. If you have to wait they do take that into consideration and get your vehicle in ASAP. I can’t recommend them enough, you won’t be disappointed if you let them work on your car.

Like everyone has said, this is a honest place and I trust them. The service is excellent and Steve, Mike and the staff are great. There prices are competitive. I usually work on my own vehicles but when I don’t have the time or the job is too large, I always take it to Cassidy. On top of this, they have always used top end parts, parts that I would have brought myself if I was doing the job (I am picky on where i buy parts). My neighbors know I work on my own vehicles and ask me who I would recommend and Cassidy is my recommendation… I also buy my tires from them…

Anytime I have gone into Cassidy, Mike or Steve is always there, ready to see how they can help. No more searching around the shop for a manager or having a new face every time.
Sick of getting lied to, deceived, and over-​charged. Good you should be, come to Cassidy. Mike and Steve are honest people who will give your their professional opinion even if it means losing them a sale of a product. That is just the kind of guys they are.

Bottom line, I trust them. I’ve been to several area places that I feel are out to take my money. Cassidy provides honest service at a fair price. I bought tires from them and have had them do various repairs over the years. Several times they have told me I don’t need work (such as breaks and alignment), which has saved me money. They recently painted and cleaned up the place inside — it’s looking great! I have always found the staff friendly and courteous.

Both Steve and Tom were Great! Price was fair. Called made an appointment for 4 tires. I got there had to wait maybe 45 minutes and I was good to go. Service was great. They treated each customer that called or walked in like it was there first customer for the day. I will go back. I will buy my granddaughter a stuff bear and call it Cassidy. ;)

I called 10 different shops two included dealerships for new tires that only fit the Acadia/​Traverse/​Outlook. Price is high for all brands of tires for this tire size since GM decided to put the unique size on these vehicles. Cassidy was $ 150 less than any where else and had the tires in stock. Larry who helped me didn’t try and sell me every extra and was a pleasure to deal with. I wish Cassidy had a location in Lake County! I will be going to their Crystal Lake location until they open a store near home! Fast install as well!

Very good customer service and knowledgeable about tires. This place is close to my work so I was able to get all my work done and not spend time waiting in an automotive shop. Would highly recommend them for tires and oil changes, I haven’t had any other repairs done there but I plan to when my car needs them.

Been using Cassidy Tire in Crystal Lake for a few years. Their service has always been great, the staff will bend over backwards to make sure you understand the issues and they are very friendly and customer focused, their pricing is very fair. I always feel like I am getting treated with respect and I don’t have to worry about getting ripped off. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

We were home for Thanksgiving and needed some new tires on our cars– all 4! My brother Brent is a mechanic and my husband and I asked him where we should go. He recommended Cassidy. We called, we brought the car in, they said 30 minutes (WHAT!!! I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT!), we went and ate lunch, and literally, the tires were new, and on in 30 minutes. All 4, no shady dealings, no trying to pull anything over on us, done. The price was amazing, and so was the customer service. We will definitely be back!
