Went in here to get two iPhone’s and it was a very enjoyable experience. The people were extremely nice and answered all of my questions. I went back a week later to deal with getting a discount on my data plan and had the same experience. Of course big spenders like myself always seem to get special treatment.

I went into this store to see about exchanging my mothers new phone. About 10 days earlier someone at this store sold my 65 year old mother the Motorola Droid. She is not tech savvy at all. This phone is one of the most complicated smart phones to use. Everything is layered and difficult to find, especially for my 65 year old mother! The guy who attempted to help me came off rude from the start, had no concern about my problem and would not answer an of my questions about exchange. When I asked about other smart phones like the Iphone or the windows phone he would only say well we don’t have them here! I was really disappointed with the service and that someone sold my mother this phone in the first place. She has had it two weeks now and can’t even add her contacts right!!! After leaving the store I turned to my boyfriend and said, that guy was so rude,” he said he knew him from somewhere and the guys has always been that way. I will not shop there again and I will make sure when my mother needs a new phone she doesn’t either!!!
