Great place owner has great sense of style gave us options that i would not have thought of really showed off our stuff if you want something cool this is the place

We met with the owner and staff member to pick out frame and mat options and we thought things went pretty well. They told us if we picked out a frame they had in stock it would be completed on a specific date. We showed up on that date and we were met by another staff member who informed us that it wasn’t done and was very uncooperative and didn’t offer a reason or an optional date. When we expressed our dissatisfaction she replied «when do you need it?» Our response. .. on the day the owner told us it would be ready. She then told us she’ll have it completed by 3:00 PM that day. .. huh?
We came back the next day and met again with the owner. He then informed us that there was a mistake and lack of communication with his staff and the frame we chose was not available so he took it upon himself to substitute it with a cheaper quality frame, never contacting us to ask if that was acceptable.
We have (3) autographed player jerseys that we intended to have them frame for us. .. not happening.

We were at several places and stopped in to frame two pictures. If you can’t find what you need here… Your in trouble because the selection is outstanding and reasonably priced. In business 30 years and for good reason. Very professional and spent the time needed to pick out what we really wanted. Thank you!

Just saw there is a outstanding deal on living social. If you need any framing of something you have been putting off get going and get this deal. With or without the deal their excellent work is worth every penny and the results is worth it. Can’t wait to see how my dog and horse photos frame up.
