Sprint Store

When Sprint first bought U.S. Cellular I had to make a choice of which carrier I had to switch to. Sprint offered me a bunch of great rebates & discounts but I had heard the service wasn’t the best. I was between Sprint & Verizon to switch to. Eventually because of all of the discounts I switched to Sprint.
The representative at this store was very patient & friendly. He helped me activate three phone lines & set up all four phones for me. It is always important for some one in sales especially in tech products to know the specifications of their phones & this store didn’t disappoint in product management. The stores location is very convenient as it is located right off of Northwest Highway & for the most part is wasn’t overly crowded like some other Sprint stores.
One of the only reasons that I only gave four stars & not five is because I was told one thing in the store about something on my account & then told something different by customer service. Other than that I would definitely recommend this location if you are in need of phone support or activating a new phone.

Cell phone stores are the kind of business that usually only get reviewed when people are pissed. So, I’m going to take it as a good sign that this shop has no reviews. I’ve always had good service with Sprint and great customer service at this store. The folks here know their products, plans and policies (which is no small feat in a market that’s pretty much in constant change).They provide attentive service and respect their customers’ time no matter how busy they are.
