Subway

I am very satisfied I went here last night for a sub and had amazing service. Katie did an amazing job and the gentleman working with her was also so polite and friendly. Not only were they fast but they were just hands down good people to have back there. I will most defiantly be coming back to this subway every time!

I normally avoid chain restaurants but I am having the house painted and my fridge is under plastic like a appliance corpse. With this location less than ½ mile away I decided to run up and try their 6″ and soup combo that is advertised for five dollars. The restaurant was clean and appeared well kept. I received a friendly greeting as I placed my order. After I placed my combo order I received a confused look from the girl who responded «so you want soup AND a sandwich»? I told her yes I want the combo. Silence once again with a blank stare. This was getting interesting as I awaited the next surprise! I turned and pointed to the big sign next to the entrance that advertised the combo. That seemed to explain things to her and I proceeded down the line to check out.
After I choose my toppings the lady handed my order to the cashier stating very clearly «six inch soup combo». She rang up the order and handed me the bag without the soup all the time requesting that I take an online survey to rate my «Subway experience”(irony if I do say so). I then ask for my soup and received a similar look of bewilderment the first person provided followed by «Soup»? I told her, in addition to her partner, that I had the combo. Meanwhile a small following of subway diners began to form waiting to pay for their meals. She adjusted the total and I received my soup.
The meal was on par with any other Subway with nothing standing out as exceptional or substandard. But, for the most part, once a chain gets established there usually is no significant difference in taste. The service could use some education on the types of combos they offer to appear more professional. The communication between staff members could also be improved in order to avoid confusion and delays in service.

If you bring in a coke can the goth (sorry, is it emo now?) girl with the face piercings will make you a 6 inch sandwich for .50 cents off.
The ingredients and somewhat fresh and healthy but the fillings to bread ratio is a bit off if you ask me.
