I’m sorry, I can’t eat their sandwiches. I tried it twice! First time, I had food poisoning from one of their sandwich. I assume it from the meat that got me sick. Improper handling or storage of the meat? Idk but this second time I couldn’t even eat the sandwhich after 2 bites. On my 2^nd bite I just gave up on my turkey Tom and couldn’t finish it. Not a fan of this place but at least I try to give it a second chance.

Nothing against the staff or owner of this particular Jimmy John’s…but the company in general is led by an absolute monster. His name is Jimmy John Liautaud. Lets chat about him shall we? First, he is a big game hunter. He kills endangered animals. He has killed countless animals for fun. Even a black rhino. He graduated second to last from Elgin Academy. He wants to move to Florida to avoid an income tax. Move already. Take your crappy sandwiches and move. Oh and please stop killing elephants, leopards, rhinos, wolves, and bears.

First time ordering from this one and due to training new staff our order was wrong. Manager Cody was AWESOME in fixing problem! Our correct sandwiches we here in no time! Great customer service! Will def be ordering again!
