This is a great local store. An awesome stop for quick deli meats, drinks, bait or the last-​minute ingredient close-​to-​home. Lovely people run it; it’s a rustic jewel of Crystal Lake.

The best kept secret in Crystal Lake.
We found this store three weeks ago and have been there over a dozen times since.
It’s mostly a small food store with a little bit of everything, including beer and wine. It also has a great full deli that makes the best sandwiches around.
It’s a family business (Nick) and felt like a throwback to the old days.
Right across the street is a small park and West Beack.
For anyone living near the lake, give it shot. It’s saved us a lot of time (and gas) consuming trips to the big stores on Randall or NW Highway.
