What a Fricking Clueless staff they have working for them I stopped at another Toys R Us and was able to find what I was looking for the store looked up to see what other stores in the area have the items in stock they told me the Crystal Lake store was showing good stock on the items so I thought great I’ll take a ride to the store I call them from my car and they check and come back and say we don’t have any of those items in stock… Hmm I am thinking really !! So I stop at the store and WOW I find the Items I was looking for but 20 min’s before I was told No they don’t have anything in stock and that item… So I pick up the 2 other items I was looking for go to the register and they ring me up and tell me they are on a restriction till April 1^st and they are unable to sell them !! I’m like really !! Then why are they on the shelf? and why was I able to buy 4 of the same items in this line at the other Toy R Us about a hr ago ?
She saw we unable to sell them till April 1^st Again I’m LIKE REALLY !!! she says if we do we could get sued !! I’m like do you really think you will get Sued for a $ 12.99×2… ($ 25.98)The Court cost alone will be not worth it… She calls a So called Manager who is like I’M not sure why they are on the shelf now… hello your the Manager you really should know what’s going on in your store… So they lost a sale and by seeing the lack of Leadership by the Douche bag Manager I can see why the staff is totally Clueless to what stock they have in the store as the are being lead by a manager who has not a clue what’s she is doing running this store !!! Rate this store as a SUCK ASS !!! Won’t be back to this store ever… Over all Rating F —
