Chili’s

Had a bad day, thought a good meal would make it better, nope. My husband and I usually share meals because we are A. Watching how much we shove in our face B. We like to save money and C. We had eaten a few hours before, so we order the fajitas to share, a salad and a side of rice and a side of beans. The waitress seemed pissy that we didn’t order two entrees and that we ordered water because we LIKE WATER, sorry miss grouchy pants!!! When our stuff came out a while later, it was lukewarm, we didn’t complain, we didn’t want to send cranky pants over the edge. The most annoying thing is she brings us the fajita fixings in tiny cups not even enough lettuce, salsa or sour cream for one person. We were like HOW MUCH CAN SHREDDED ICE BERG LETTUCE COST!!! Lucky we ordered the salad. She came back when we were almost done and we asked if we could have a tiny bit more sour cream since the Barbie size portion covered just two fajitas, she rolled her eyes at us and said «I’m going to have to charge you.» Which was totally fine but you would think for the added charge of what a full size tub of it costs, we would have gotten a big persons serving. Nope, it was a damned spoonful slapped on a saucer. Long story short, SUCKED.

slipping slipping slipping. we used to enjoy chili’s a few years ago, and we went there very frequently, but no more. the service people have been the worst i’ve experienced in a long time, and the food has been less than decent. forget about anything looking like the photo’s in the menu. it probably deserved a one star but i don’t like to say they are deplorable and the food is poison, but it’s close enough for a two star.

Stopped in here for lunch after swimming with the manatees. The server was nice and attentive and the food was good typically what you can expect from Chilis. As compared to other reviews the servers were helpful and got us refills timely and the restaurant was clean.

Food was OK, nothing spectacular, which was not expected. Service was lousy. Our server, Tiffany, seemed to have a real attitude the entire time, as did other women there. Just a whole «whatev» demeanor about them. Took a long time to get our checks (my friend paid by cash but I used the tabletop), and then an even longer time to get his change back, so long that a manager noticed and went around trying to get Tiffany to return. She did, and acted like she was pissed that she had to come back. Needless to say, she got a small tip. In addition, she didn’t even refill my tea and she let our used glasses, plates and napkins fill up the entire table and never once cleared the table. It wasn’t that busy the night we went, so it was just poor service. I’ve heard complaints about the servers and their attitudes at Applebee’s next door, so maybe it’s rubbed off on their neighbor. Perhaps these women should leave their «bad boy» boyfriend/​hellion kids drama at home? I’ll never return.

Had lunch here today and the service was extremely slow. Over an hour just to get food to the table.

It’s chilis you can’t expect crystal goblets and silver forks, but the service was good, the ribs were good, my moms salmon was good… So good that we finished everything on both of our plates. After a long day driving and beach combing all we wanted was a solid meal that tasted great and didn’t break the bank. Chilis delivered! I’d go back next time I’m in town, it’s perfect if you’re traveling and just want something no muss no fuss. I also like the automated check out things at the table. I hate waiting for a check :)

I’ve been here multiple times and had excellent service, but this time was very different. The dining room was less than half full but we still hardly saw our server. When she introduced herself, she told us her partner, brandy, would be over as well to help us. We never saw brandy. they weren’t really busy but I still waited about 10 minutes for a drink refill. I chose to pay in cash, which was a mistake because I waited for my change so long while our server stood in the back talking that I ended up leaving without getting change. They received a tip much much larger than they deserved.

We sit at the bar and Courtney our bartender takes excellent care of us. The fare is Chili’s but they do it excellent.

Visited a Chilis few years ago in a different city, was not impressed with that one, so we decided to try Chilis again. was past lunch rush crowd. was seated rather quickly, waitress was very friendly and brought drinks as ordered. we ordered a appetizer of beef nachos, took a while to get appetizers… and we was disappointed… guess we was expecting more… was approx 8 – 10 flat nachos with ground beef cheese and such, for price should have been more… We ordered the lunch double cheeseburger, I asked the waitress if I could get my burger medium rare, she said all the burgers was cooked well done… Seemed like it took forever to get our hamburgers, our salad and soup came right out. salad was very good/​fresh, but I have to agree with the post about the dressing being very watery… Soup was very good… The appearance of food was nice… NOT a fan of Chilis… sorry

My husband decided to take me out for a Birthday lunch I ordered a chicken bacon avocado lunch special and it came with soup or salad I picked a salad the salad was ok but all of there dressings and sauces are very watery I was really looking forward to my sandwich as I love chicken and avocado. I took my first bite and thought the chicken looked a little pink but wasnt sure because of the lighting so i took a bite out of the other end of my sandwich and bit into cold raw chicken. I alerted the waitress right away and she sent out a manager who asked if I would like something else .I of course said no they compd the meal and we left. But raw chicken kind of scary.

Chilis is a chain so you know what to expect from the get go but this night the service was horrible!!!
I ordered the fajitas and usually comes out sizzling and hot but mine sure wasn’t they said «it waited while my other guest food was being prepared» Not cool!
We waited for water and napkins far too long and didn’t even have silverware until our food came…

This place was terribly dirty! I went to the restroom and watched the wait staff tossing food around with the cooks. Many of the tables were loaded with dirty dishes. The men’s room was filthy! It’s a shame to see a business that’s so poorly managed. No one here cared for the place– clearly a culture problem from leadership on down…

The service was horrible. Waited way too long just to get a drink order and my waiter/​waitress switched twice while there. I ran out of soda three times and waited too long for refills. Then my check was dropped off and it took her 10min to come back and get it.
Not sure if it’s bad management and not having enough people working or if it’s bad staff. But either way it’s unacceptable.

Yes, this is a good one! Its a typical Chili’s inside, we sat at a booth and enjoyed the atmosphere. I was nice and quiet and clean. No fuss. We got good service and the food was first rate. I had a «OldTimer» Burger and it was real good. Nice and juicy with good flavor. It was expensive… about $ 9 bucks with cheese. My guests had chicken dishes that received good reviews. Overall, this is a good spot, but it is a little pricy. Down one star for pricing! Good Food!
