Our stay was great. The room was close to Manatee Tour and Dive; we walked and rented a kayak to see the manatees. It is also only a few blocks from Hunter Springs Park. The room is clean and simple with a small flat screen TV, kitchenette. Bed was okay; we were tired when we got in it! I work online and the wifi was great. Quiet area.
If you want luxury, go to one of the big chain hotels; this is a clean, simple place to rest between adventures.

After looking at the available rooms at the Crystal manatee, we decided not to stay there. The rooms I were shown were either dirty, smokey or with badly stained furniture. While it is in a good location I would fear for my health staying there. It does have kitchenettes and if you wanted to decontaminate the room before staying there you might have a successful stay.
