Well-maintained, secure, clean RV/mobile home mix park with nice amenities. Pool, hot tub, onsite store, boat ramps, roped off lagoon swimming, showers and washer/dryer facilities if needed. Staff are friendly and attentive. There’s a 24⁄7 guard house at the entrance with regular patrols. Most residents are retired. There are regular activities including bingo and dancing. Overall a lovely place.

Lived here in Winter for 4 years opening lot 514. Pool, hottub, boat ramps, Marina Store with everything, fuel dock, trailer washing with high-pressure hose, fish cleaning space, tennis courts, bocci ball, shuffleboard and many clubs with which to become associated. Great place.

This is a nice place to stay if you want a place on the water and don’t need a fancy resort. You can rent a place with a boat dock in the back. They have fairly nice amenities and good security. Many folks own and live on the premises, but many of the units and RV lots are available as rentals.

I’ve stayed at several different vacation rentals in the lower Keys, from all sorts of price points and luxury levels. This place isn’t much to look at, and isn’t fancy at all, but the location is AWESOME! Our house overlooked the water and was a skip away from the channel out to a day of boating and lobster-hunting fun. There’s a guard gate and a parking pass required, and some odd rules about only one car in a driveway, but there’s also a pool, a swimming cove, a library and rec room, and some other amenities. The houses themselves are basically mobile homes on stilts, but they are decent and do the trick. We had a grill to use, and a nice dock. There was an issue with our storage room being left open and some miscommunication about us being able to use some bikes that were in there, but then the door was suddenly closed and locked with our belongings inside. we also had an internet issue. Both were resolved by a caretaker that lived inside the community, who was able to come over pretty promptly. I would recommend!
