Made the mistake twice of eating here, it won’t happen again. We thought we’d give them a second chance but two chances are enough. We were motioned to seat anywhere when we walked in, sat there abt 10 minutes and finally had to walk back to the register and ask for menus the young lady that motioned us to take a seat said she forgot we walked in. From the on the service went south. This is the reason we hadn’t visit this place in two years. We see things haven’t changed even though recently it was taken over by new management.

Called an order in and it took over 10 minutes just to take an order and give a total for pickup or wait an hour plus for delivery. (which I declined) Then had to repeat phone number three times still no total and was given very clear signs that they did not know what they were doing. I decided 12 minutes in just to cancel. I called dominoes paid around the same price for more food and delivered in half the time. I know where my money is going to go next time I order out for delivery.

Placed an online order at 6:28. Arrived at 6:56 for the suggested pick-up time. Order had not even been started.
At first I was told it would be 15 – 20 mins because other orders were ahead of mine. After pointing out the time ordered, the line cook got right on it. Dinner was home to the kids by 7:30.
However, there was a dark haired pregnant employee there who was very rude. She rolled her eyes, spoke in a nasty tone, and mumbled under her breath while shooting daggers from her eyes. Felt like I had to watch every ingredient that went on my pie.
Pizza was great. Next time I’ll call the order in. Technological advances are too much for some ppl.
