They are only half nice when you are purchasing a phone but if you have any defects or issues with a $ 600 phone you become very unimportant. I only called to arrange a time to stop by to exchange phone as it was heating up and would not stay charged long. The guy, Andrew, was rude and unprofessional on the phone. He shouldn’t answer the phone if he is busy or is rude to customers. I had to call verizon customer service to assist in the matter. I won’t deal with the store in the future for my next phone due to this bad experience.

Phone was acting up the store manager Ed was great! He helped me see what was wrong and how to fix it. Very nice staff and great customer service!

Still waiting, a year later, for my $ 200 credit from an iPhone 5c promotion last spring. Hoping that one day someone will be able to actually remedy this situation. I’d love an email from someone at the least explaining why it’s taking so long.

Had to quote Mr. Jay W.‘s Unilocal comments at the store to avoid a contact transfer fee. Other than that, it was a short wait and excellent service to transfer phones on my current plan.

I recently upgraded my verizon phone with another and needed help getting my contacts off of my old phone and onto my new phone. So, because I couldn’t figure it out, I decided to stop by this Verizon store. The place was clean and brand spanking new! I was the only customer there. So, I explained the situation to the clerk and he indicated that it wouldn’t be a problem. I would have to pay $ 50.00. I couldn’t believe my ears. I told him that I was a Verizon subscriber that just upgraded their Verizon phone. So, there shouldn’t be a charge. He agreed but said that… and I quote…“If you take it to another Verizon store, they will not charge you. But here I have to.” I told him that I understood and left. I went to the Verizon store in Fairfax and my contacts were added in seconds at NOCHARGE!
