Foodie heaven! If you love to cook good food and use quality ingredients, you must visit Taste OVS. I will never buy bottled salad dressing again as it is so simple to make and convenient now that all you need is located in this wonderful shop. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly.

Have I really not Unilocaled this place yet? Headed down (err up?) here after a visit to Horton Vineyards and found it incredibly welcoming. I’ve been back several times since. The staff is very friendly, and encourages tasting of the various balsamics, olive oils, and nut oils. They have some fantastic spice blends as well. Prices are more than reasonable, too.

Someone had told me about this place sometime during the last year. It’s been in the back of my mind that I wanted to visit this place…
So I stopped in today — am I ever glad I did!
As others have described, there are rows of sealed stainless steel tanks with little dispenser valves — and a supply of little plastic tasting cups sitting on each one. There are all sorts of exotic sounding Oils and Balsamics. I focused on the Balsamic products today.
I tasted a number of them — all were amazingly delicious! I tried the Espresso, Wild Blueberry, Fig, Black Currant, Red Raspberry, Jalapeño White, Oregano, and Serrano Pepper Honey flavors. All were very interesting and tasty! I would have tasted even more, but my tastebuds were kind of over saturated — so will taste more varieties next time!
They do have crackers on hand to help cleanse the palate — but I needed some cold water too!
I ended up buying two small bottles each of the Espresso, Wild Blueberry, Fig, Red Raspberry, Jalapeño White, and Serrano Pepper Honey flavors. You can get these in three sizes. After you make your selections, the lady comes over with bottles, dispenses your vinegars, caps, labels, and seals each bottle. The small bottles are $ 11.00 each.
I will definitely be back!

Very friendly staff and great balsamic!

Wow! What a wonderful gem. Rows of vats containing top quality oils and vinegars with little tiny plastic cups for tasting. Find what you want, pick out one of the 3 sizes of bottles you want it in and they fill it, label it and seal it for you. I came out with just 2 small bottles of vinegar but can’t wait to go back for more.
