This is a fun store for a pit stop on the road or to grab a bite to eat. You can find unique baked goods and groceries here that are interesting. Bathrooms clean too

So my wife and I are big fans of the store, our one piece of advice… «Don’t shop when you are hungry» :) The Olé store is unique, they are very competitive on their deli meats and cheeses(though most of the meats taste heavily brined), lots of great baked goods, local meats and cheeses, I really like their flavored pasta section, Sweet Potato, Pesto and Basil/Tomato are my picks… Take advantage of their fresh made sandwiches, very tasty and worth the money…

Great store to stop in for sandwiches made to order. They have deli salads prepackaged, baked goods, dairy, and so much more. Friendly staff! Many items are from Amish lands of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Located 29 South of Culpeper.

Great location with terrific breakfast and lunch sandwiches. We have been buying most of our spices and herbs here since they opened. The prices are FAR below what you will pay in a supermarket, and there are several items you just can’t find anywhere else. Local meats and produce are fresh and wholesome, though some of the meats can be a little pricey. Fresh baked goods and preserves are amazing! Employees are courteous and nice. It’s often part of our weekend routine!

My family and I have visited this establishment on two separate occassions and neither failed to dissappoint. The selection of bulk food items, as well as the variety of meat and dairy products from local farms is amazing. We’ve left with bags of items from the store both times. Either make it a day trip or stop while traveling. Well worth it.

Always a treat to visit this store and get a sandwich. The ingredients are fresh and made on the spot(also, they offer Miracle Whip for the mayonnaise haters of the world). The employees are consistently friendly and helpful. The homemade pastries are a delight. This is a wonderful place and I’m so happy to have it in our community.

Everything in this store is out of this world! Their pies are to die for, especially if you get lucky enough to get a blackberry pie. The employees are always very helpful and kind also. We love going here!

I love this store. This reminds me of walking into my grandmother’s pantry. There are homemade candles, bakery items, and a nice selection of cheeses and meats. You can even grind your own peanut butter. I love this store. The employees are cordial and helpful. In addition to some yummy snacks, sandwiches or spices, you can find some adorable gifts. I love this store.

I stopped in here in October looking for pork fat. They carry pork fat from a farm in Sperryville. I rendered it down to make lard and used it in some pies, it was fantastic! This is your typical bulk foods store. Its pretty big and has a lot of items! I know the sandwiches are popular, I’ll have to try one the next time I travel down!

Didn’t come here to eat, just out of curiosity. I came out with four bags of groceries; and it would have been more if I didn’t have a long drive ahead of me. This is a pretty big market with local meat and dairy. The finest of snacks trucked down from Pennsylvania. I bought a container of macaroni salad and wow wow wow! Wish I had picked up some potato salad too. Amazing deli. Amazing bakery too – cookies with aromas permeating their packages and supremely crafted custard and fruit pies. They also have lots of hard-to-find and bulk items. Think spices, grains, noodles, nuts, candy, soft drinks… Tired of using McCormick vanilla extract? They got you covered! Prices are incredibly reasonable. I’d shop there all the time if I didn’t live so far. It’s a pretty well-known fact that the Pennsylvania Dutch are masters at food craft. I’m so glad to see such a place in Virginia. Well done!

What a cool place. Stopped for lunch, but ended up walking every aisle. There is a lot here! In addition to the bakery, and the full service deli(which made an absolutely excellent sandwich), the Olé Country Store has a tremendous selection of hand-packed spices, spice mixes, baking needs, and sweets. They’ve also got local meat and dairy products, and they make their own nut butters right on the premises. And everything seems to be very reasonably priced. I’ll certainly be back, and for more than just lunch.
