While I thought the people who worked there were friendly and the place was clean, the sizes there were ridiculous. If it weren’t for the inappropriate clothing styles and phrases on the shirts, I would have thought they were kids sizes.

The staff is very friendly. I came in during one of their sales, I bought about 6 sweaters all ranging around 6 dollars. The worker helped me find sweaters in my size and even suggested different styles. I will definitely come to shop here again …during a sale of course lol

Really poor returns policy. My fault in being too busy to meet the 60 day return but when I asked for store credit they would only give me the value of the current significantly reduced pricing. It worked out to be less than 50% of what I paid. I’m not a high value customer to this store but nonetheless this will be my last visit to any Aeropostale store.

I usually don’t write reviews but this time I felt so bad that I really want to write review. I always go to this store and never faced this but this time my experience was horrible. A staff seems like she is manager in store is so rude I wish I know her name to type here. We were trying few tops and she came near our fitting room and asked how many do you have and started like you can’t take more than four ok than why don’t you tell this before or why don’t you write some were or why don’t spare a staff to stand near fitting room to tell this. she started like how many do you have I told I m trying and this is mine and she is not ready to understand she was so rude I felt so bad felt like I m taking out something without paying or I m trying to stole something. She is the worst staff I have encountered in last few years. I don’t want to go again ever in Aeropostale anywhere. After all staff represents the brand and for me it was a pathetic experience. I immediately left from the store and don’t want to go again. This is my message to Aeropostale at least train your staff to be polite and at they can smile and say.

When did sorting hangers become more important then taking a customers money? The most rudest managers and sales help I’ve ever encountered! After standing in a line(10 people in front of us) it is finally our turn. As the clerk starts our transaction for one item, the manager tells the clerk to close her register and sort hangers! I complained to the manager and was polite in telling her that after 15 minutes in line it would be better customer service to finish our transaction… her reply and rather rudely she says Mame I’m just doing my job! Isn’t your job to take our money? And, that’s not the first time I’ve been treated poorly in that particular store… take your money and shop elsewhere stay clear of that particular store unless you get off on the poorest of customer service!

Sometimes you find some killer deals on cute summer basics, at higher quality than a F21. About target-level. There’s always a sale or two going on. Associates are super nice.
