Irving and all the staff here are AMAZING. I live in Northridge but drive specifically to this location for their customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. So much so my entire family is signed up here because of me.
Example. I’ve been waiting for the samsung note 4 for months. From the moment it came out on the market I’ve been harassing the staff at this location in person and texts (you would too if you broke your phone and had the original Droid 3G). Not only did they handle me with patience but they actually responded to my texts and called me once they had one available.
I know I’m a difficult customer and expect staff to know their policies and general knowledge of what they’re selling. yes, I AM THAT CUSTOMER who can be a total bitch if provoked. But I’m beyond happy with Irving and every single person that dealt with me the last 2 months. They went above and beyond. Thank you. I love my phone

Irving was so helpful, came here 3 times and every single time the staff was always helpful and very easy to communicate with. Got my iPhone 6 here when everywhere else was sold out! Big thumbs up to them

This place is the best! Irving and Kevin Were extremely helpful in getting me a great phone that I love. Great customer service, and wonderful advice about everything that I needed about my phone. I definitely will be telling all my friends. I myself will be coming back when I need my next phone This is the place I will come.

I was with a friend when he bought his phone from this kiosk and he received such great service that I promised myself I would come back when I was ready to upgrade to the iPhone 6. Irving Gregorio helped me preorder my phone and get the best plan for my needs. When the phone arrived and he wasn’t scheduled to work he took time on his days off to help me get the service I needed from his co-​worker Jenn. They were both super helpful, personable and I walked away with everything I was looking for. Will certainly recommend them to others and be back myself. Thank you!

This review is for Irving Gregorio’s service at the Diamond Wireless in the Fox Hills Westfield Mall (in a kiosk in front of Macy’s). If you have a business and are looking for outstanding customer service, you should hire this young man to provide the training! He is knowledgeable, polite and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and to make sure we had all the information we needed to choose the best phone and service plan. He even took notes, researched additional options and called us back right away when he was able to confirm another option was available. We left knowing that we have the best possible plan (available) to meet our needs. Verizon has a jewel in this employee — let’s hope they’re smart enough to treat him well.
