The cool thing that keeps me coming back is the chill atmosphere. There are board games to play and the service is pretty good. Their milk tea isn’t phenomenal, but their teas on their own come in nice sets with honey and sugar on the side. For the boba, price is a little high in my book for what you get. They have these delicious looking dessert cakes that are huge and vary from time to time. Not sure if it’s different every week, but I’ve seen taro cake, strawberry cheese, and chocolate cake. The slices are pretty big, so it’s an interesting dessert spot.

I love their boba, it’s so good! I don’t know why it’s always empty in here, this place is gold haha.

Love the boba drinks here! So far I’ve tried and liked coconut snow, almond boba, taro snow, milk tea, and matcha green. Do not order the horchata one– it’s extremely sweet!!! As far as their food I’ve had their tuna wrap and it was good!!! Fresh and tasty. No to the Chinese salad the dressing was terrible!!!

Tried the jasmine milk tea. It was… meh. The only thing that saved this from a two star review was really the service and the quantity of the milk tea. There was a lot but the jasmine taste was just too strong and it was not sweet enough. I drank two sips before becoming completely nauseated. I should have asked for a refund or another drink but didn’t want to be «that» customer. On the plus side, they did complete my order fairly quick and gave me directions to the nearest gas stations so that was nice. But I would only go here for the convenience since there’s ample space for parking.

My boyfriend and I come here at least three times a week. Their almond milk boba is the best I have ever had. It is definitely a great place to come to regularly If you want good boba

Cute café. Good iced or blended smoothie drinks with or without boba. Tried and would recommend Taro, Milk Tea, Thai Iced Tea, depending on your preferences. Small ish place with indoor and outdoor seating. Large windows so there’s ample lighting and views to people watch or get a glimpse of the outdoor sky, lights, and parking lot. Friendly service. One stall restrooms. Hmmmm… wifi available. And they seem to take reservations since one table was reserved with a little«reserved» place card and set aside for someone, once.

This café is comfortable, bright, and transparent. You can see into the kitchen area for the most part, which I feel is a positive aspect of the whole experience. I have sampled several varieties of their tea, which are loose leaf. They have been brewed with boiling, or near to boiling water… to my delight. The menu is diverse, focused mostly on beverages. However, on a recent trip in my companion ordered a salad. When it came out I was blown away. It was huge! The ingredients looked of a decent quality, and it was, by all reports, very very good. The coffee is somewhat pedestrian. I tried a soy mint mocha recently. It wasn’t bad, but it was not good enough to take me away from far superior coffee choices within 1000 feet from the doorway to this establishment. Another downside to this is that they don’t carry any alternative milk other than soy milk. I am NOT a boba drinker, but I have asked several strangers how their boba experience here has gone. Universally, they are very happy with the quality of boba and the presentation here. In addition to that they have a very wide selection of custom boba drinks. They have a group of planters that have no plans and then underneath the kitchen area next to where you sit. I’m excited to see what they set up to grow. It looks like a wheatgrass station, but in my heart of hearts I hope it is to grow some in-house tea!
This is the absolute best boba spot ever! My friends and I don’t mind the 30 minute drive to get here. We are never disappointed when we get our boba. It’s the cutest spot in an awesome area. The Sony studios are right across the way and also, the employees are super friendly. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone considering coming here. Try: PASSIONFRUIT tea Coffee snow

If I reviewed this place after the first time i went, I probably would have given it 4 stars. For some reason they removed the white cheesecake part on the taro cheesecake, which I think made it SO much better. I went back the second time and got pistachio and it wasn’t…very good. They also don’t have any outlets around so you can’t study with a laptop there for a long period of time. IF they had outlets, I would probably stay there and try more of their stuff, but… oh well. PROBABLY not going back, but that isn’t a promise.

No more steins for your boba drink! =(Not for at least 4 years, they said. So my last visit was around 2009, when I ordered the boba jasmine milk tea and was surprised at the huge mug it came in and the amount they give you. The stein made the drink more fun. :) I haven’t been by since then and I always have the intent to when I was around the Culver City area, but never made it back. I was back again in the Culver City area for some food and Café 70 Degrees was back on my list of intended destinations. Luckily, I made it here this time around! Unfortunately for me, they no longer use the large stein mugs for dine-in drinks and all drinks, for here and to go, come in the same fat sealed cups as Half and Half. Still full from the BBQ lunch earlier that day, I opted for the boba passion fruit tea instead of the boba jasmine milk tea. I’ve been spoiled in SGV with honey boba, so I was expecting more of a honey flavor when chewing the boba, forgetting their boba, like more other places, is just regular boba. Despite the lack of honey, boba was chewy and soft. Their menu includes a special 3 – 6 pm daily deal where you can get dessert + tea or coffee for $ 8.25. I may take them up on their offer next time when I’m not so full!

My boyfriend recently moved back into the neighborhood and his wifi has not been set up yet. I had a paper due this weekend and needed to do some last minute cramming on it before I submitted it. being wifi-less I was in a little bit of a panic however he suggested that I check out café 70* as he always remembered it being good, having free wifi, and being a quiet place to study. I went over there one morning this weekend and whilst I was excited that they had free wifi I ended up being in even more of a panic when I noticed that my laptop was running on reserve battery power. I asked the worker if they had any plugs for laptops/phones as I did not see any visible ones. It was then that I was told that they«no longer provided electricity for patrons.» I was excited to spend an hour or so happily sipping on some tea and finishing my paper in the quiet environment but that happiness quickly turned to panic as I realized I had to find somewhere else to do my homework(I ended up going to another business in the neighborhood who provided me with a plug and the password to their private wifi). it’s a shame as I did enjoy the fruit parfait I had for breakfast here(with fresh granola and sliced strawberries, bananas, kiwi, raspberry, blackberries and kiwi) although I don’t see myself spending much time here if I can’t utilize the wifi for long.

I got the Honeydew boba and it said it was non-dairy and being lactose intolerant I had to order from that list(lol). I didn’t expect it to be good but it was in fact delicious and the boba was nice and squishy — but not too squishy. Service was incredibly nice and quick

Quick stop boba! I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s a no-miss spot for boba. However it is now all they sell. This spot is located in a real busy shopping center with many shops in it so parking at times can be a challenge. The boba here is great, I usually get there snow coconut boba which is perfect in taste. Not made too sweet but perfect for a hot day. Their milk teas are also very tasty and satisfying. The shop is small but has both interior and exterior seating. The interim has small tables for groups of 6 maximum. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. You order at the counter then get it brought to you if you are eating in. The staff is always welcoming and like answering any questions you may have. Again I have only been here for boba. But they have breakfast options, cakes, bread puddings, and cookies. I will continue to be back to this place. Prices are fair and the drinks and service or pretty quick most of the time. Stop by if you are I the are.

I can’t believe I barely checked this place out yesterday! I have always walked past it but never thought about checking it out. The guy who served us was so cool. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions and even provided little samples so I could make my decision. I ended up with the iced ube boba tea. I’m not really a fan of boba but this one was delicious! It has a lot of sugar — I’m pretty sure they all do. I also sampled their honeydew boba and the lavender boba. They were both fantastic as well. I will definitely be returning!

I have a garlic allergy and I ordered a tuna salad wrap. I specifically asked to double check if there’s ANY garlic in it, and I was told there wasn’t. WRONG. There was. This is NOT cool.

3.5 maybe? A small drink place. We ordered some drinks and did the dine in. I had some flower tea, so they served in pretty pot and glass on a long porcelain ish plate. pretty decent. Tho they rarely come again, so you need to pay at the counter. In general not good and not bad either. My friend’s boba tea is a bit too sweet tho.

Boba here is like eating a taco at McDonalds. Nonexistent. I mean. They DID have boba buts it’s no Factory Tea Bar or Half and Half. I came here with my boyfriend at 11:03 p.m. I got the strawberry banana smoothie with boba. It was pretty bad. The boba was hard and tasteless. Why?! My boyfriend’s boba was the same. He got the mango peach smoothie — which tasted like orange juice. It was odd. Also they reserve the four-table seating for groups of four or more so they kicked us out and slammed a reserved sign up on the table while I was still sitting there. The upside is they have games like connect four and I rock at it. Update: As I was leaving, the trash by their shop had an almost-full drink thrown out. That’s a bad sign.
