Del Taco

No more or less than what I had expected. Quick drive through experience for a hungry belly. Hit the spot, although I always wonder what they ACTUALLY put in that mystery meat.

the drive thru was having problems but they never said anything about it. all the workers seemed like they didnt give a shit or they were high.

Worse Service ever. Drive thru sucks. Rude workers. Don’t come here. Go to a trash can… Better service there. Roaches all over the place inside

Absolute worst customer service! We went on a night where we were the only drive thru customers at that time. We ordered two basic Chicken Burritos and came home to find they screwed up and gave us two totally different kinds of burritos. For this the fast food workers think they deserve $ 15.00 an hour when they can’t even take a basic order.

Man does this Del Taco suck. I’m originally from corona, and the one out there by my parents house is a five star restaurant compared to this one. I usually love their food, and it’s always my go-​to when I want Mexican fast. Every single time I’ve gone to this location though, there is always a problem. They’ve forgotten items I paid for before, mixed things up, and they usually can’t understand what I’m saying into the intercom to the point where I have to drive up to the window and tell them what I want.
Well this past time is going to be my last. I said at least four times no lettuce on my tacos, and I swear they put extra. I asked for the small burrito and they gave me the large (and charged me for it!) and lastly, the straw that broke the camels back, I went to take a bite of my chili cheese fries and thank goodness I looked down first because there was a big ball of human hair entangled in my fries!
I’ll stick to Taco Bell.

I’ve been coming to this location as a regular for the last five years or so my first few times coming here the service there was amazing, they treated me like I was in a restaurant. lately the staff has been all new faces, there is this one cashier in particular. he’s a skinny little kid with shaggy hair with a tattoo, he’s very disrespectful and rude he talks to me like I’m his buddy.
Today I went in and ordered a very simple combo meal, two chicken tacos with chili cheese fries I stood there and waited for over 20 minutes I saw at least six people order after me and get their food. I was standing there in plain sight and they just ignored me I had to literally yell at the cashier, he was ignoring me on purpose he didn’t even apologize for the mishap. when I asked for a little extra onions, the little twerp wanted to charge me.

It sucks that THIS monstrosity is the only Del Taco even close to me. Last time I came here, they ran out of lettuce. Today’s flaws were of course stingy on ingredients, nasty ass bathrooms, employees who hate their job and their systems were down. Now, the latter isn’t their fault, but everything is in their control. Getting a quesadilla, nachos and taco for about $ 5 really relays the statement that you get what you pay for.

Service is really slow and the staff not very friendly. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry.

Too bad, Del Taco, too bad. I gave my business to Taco Bell instead.

Quite possibly the worst Del Taco I’ve been to. Closest to my home, so I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Doesn’t matter. Always very slow and inattentive. They make customers feel as if they’ve interrupted the employees doing something more important than working.

They must be trying to compete with El Polo Loco or Chipotle… I see signs about meals made from scratch. But what is going on, the prices are inching up, and the serving sizes are shrinking. I weighed the three ½ lb bean and cheese burritos I got and guess what… none of them were ½ lb. Two were 5 ounces and one was 7 ounces. Earlier this year the manager also refused the honor the free milkshake with $ 3 purchase coupons I got in their Del Taco email. The cost cutting is very apparent; I hardly ever go anymore.

It is a hit or miss here. I’ve been here in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Depending on the shift staff, you can get awesome service and other times, it is so crappy but people still wait in line and via drive-​thru. And the wait cna be 20 mins or worse. You just never know here! Great thing about this place is they use gloves to prepare the food so I am darn glad about that!

I’m giving this Del taco 2 because the inside of the store I’d dirty. Tables & benches are dirty like they haven’t been whipped down all day. The trash is also over flowing & there service is super slow…

Worst del taco ever! They cashier was trying to take my order plus the drive through order and fucked my order up again. Has happend before but never said anything. Tired of letting them get away with Fucking up my order because the company refuses to add workers during there busiest times. I will pass along the word to all my way friends and family to never come to thus location or any other based on this visit.

Late night craving here we come! This location is great because it’s open 24 hrs. Service might be a little slow, but hey you got only 2 guys working! what you expect?

Duuude whaaaaaa? Dirty. While place smells like piss!!! Slow. 2 workers. Sign says breakfast starts at 11p. 11:19p was told they don’t have it yet. Bathrooms locked. Bums outside. Dirty ass floors and flies…
Really??? Huuuhhh? WTF

As I waited at the drive through window, the cashier was discussing with another employee how sick she was, describing the substances that were flowing out of her facial orifices. Then, she turned around and asked if I wanted any sauce. How about no.
To top it off, my order was wrong.
I don’t expect much from Del Taco, but I am truly appalled and disgusted. I want my $ 3.07 back.

I like Del Taco’s original tacos because they have fresh, shredded cheddar on it. FINELY shredded cheddar. I love that! And that’s the only star this Del Taco will receive.
I DO NOT like this Del Taco. The service is horrible. The woman who took my order was NOT friendly and NOT polite. My ticket said my order was #30. The woman behind the counter called #48. I didn’t respond. After a few minutes, she yelled at me, «YOUR ORDER IS READY!»
Uhhhh, if MY order is ready and if MY order number is #30, why would you call out #48, then look at me like I’m dumb? I had even told JAS when I placed the order that my number was 30 and to listen for it. We never heard #30, but we did hear #48!
I came here because I wanted something fast. There are tons of other fast places around that I will now go to instead. I’m never coming back to this dump.

This Del Taco is always open late, so it’s always an option for those of you who are out late at night. When I was here, the place was clean. but also empty. I would be back.

Del Taco is awesome everywhere.
