Restroom was clean, cashier helpful and the gentleman that prepared order brought the order to me. I ordered a nacho supreme, a steak chalupa and a medium drink. Nachos were good but chalupa shell was hard… not freshly prepared. Didn’t complain though.

I’ve been waiting in the short drive through line for 17 minutes now and I’m not even to the cashier. I don’t know what the problem is but I do know that it shouldn’t take 5 minutes per car to get through the checkout process.

Never had a problem here. The food comes out fast and the drive through employees are always friendly.

The drive thru wasn’t very bad, so we opted to use it instead of going inside to order. At the drive thru menu, I had to explain my order three times and each time it ended with a request to please make sure that no sauce was placed on our food. Once we made it to the window, I had to explain our order a few more times. With no sauce added. Well, my tostadas were covered in sauce. I might not have cared a few years ago, but I was wounded in the Army and my stomach is a mess. I was kinda looking forward to getting something from Taco Bell. This is just a bunch of crap. I expected more from Taco Bell. It’s going to be a long time before I go back to this location in Venice. Of course I’ll make sure that I let all of my friends know about this and I might have my wife contact a few friends that work at their Corporate office.

Bean burrito like a dirty didee with the smallest smidge of bean substrate. The normal burrito has so little beany substance in it to start with, that a stingy hand turns it into a dirty flour and water wrap unworthy of the label«burrito». And the tostada was no better. The automaton, I mean«ingredient assembler», apparently just threw the components at the tostada container, closed the lid and dropped it in the bag. We spent 5 minutes just scraping«food» off the cardboard and back onto the shell. One star only because the pre-packaged sauce made for tasty sucking.

They were out of Diet Baja Blast last time I was in so I called ahead this time. They say they don’t have it anymore. No more reason to go to Taco Bell.

Stopped into Taco Bell for the first time in a long time. Now I know why I never go anymore. Seems that in recent years Taco Bell(«TB» as I affectionately call it) has been increasing prices and decreasing portions. This store is no exception. The lilliputian«Burrito Supreme» wouldn’t have satiated a pygmy mouse. And the tiny tacos are now $ 1.25 including tax. All two bites of them. When all was said and done my meal came to over $ 8.00 and I still felt hungry. The only saving grace was the guy working there who was friendly and quick. He alone is the reason this review gets one star rather than zero(if that’s even possible.) This will be the last time I visit«TB» until I absolutely have to again like I did tonight. Fast food is rarely«good,» but it should at least be cheap. This was neither.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every item made half full. This includes their drinks. The burrito is completely flat. Do not waste your time and money here.

One of the friendliest Taco Bell teams I have ever seen. We made a quick stop after a long trip. The restaurant was clean, parking was easy, the food was prepared well. The friendly customer service made an excellent impression.

If I order a chicken quesadilla combo, it should not take 15 minutes to receive. Come on guys. My other food options have changed and even though I can’t get BAJAFREAKINGBLAST at any other restaurant, I will easily take the hit and go to a place that is actual fast food. Even another taco Bell if need be. Yes that extra star is just for Baja Blast, so it’s really a default benefit this place gets 2 stars.

Can you blame me? Friendly crew of employees. The food is always average. What do you expect for fast food? It just fills the cavity until you get to the next ‘real’ meal.

Probably the worst taco bell I’ve been to and I’m not sure why. The food just tasted different, almost like there was no flavor. This is a huge problem for me because if I’m going to sacrifice a few years of my life, I want to get some sort of flavor. The sour cream which I usually like, even though a lot of people hate it, just tasted like melted cotton. Don’t be smart and ask how i know what it tastes like it’s just an expression! Anyway long story short don’t come here you’re better of starving.

Yes. I’m giving Taco Bell four stars. If you came here expecting anything other than Taco Bell, you probably deserve what you got. Its a Taco Bell. They usually get my order right. That’s high praise for any Taco Bell.

Taco Bell is consistent for the most part so I normally wouldnt take the time to review one unless it stood out somehow. Like others have said they seem to mess up your order every time. Today it workef in my favor as I got a shrimp taco instead of the potato taco. Thats almost a 2 $ gain on my part. The only scary part is if someone had an allergy. I love taco bell and Id like you to love it as much as I do so CHECKYOURORDERBEFOREYOULEAVE

NEVER, I repeat NEVER eat at this Taco Bell. I have had many bad experiences here. one of which was tonight. My boyfriend and I made a late night run for some tacos. and boy do I love my Taco Bell tacos. I counted the contents in the bag. and stupidly left the drive-thru. We get home. excitedly open the bag to find nearly meatless tacos(yet again!). Very disappointing. Last time we went I ordered tacos for my 7 year old and she cried when she opened the wrapper to find a few shreds of lettuce, hardly any cheese and what looked like meat grease(not even meat) in the taco. We went to complain and showed them the inside of taco and got a response of «What’s wrong with it?». We asked them«Does this look like the taco in that picture?» they responded with, «No maam, none of them do.» We did get a replacement but they acted like we were crazy. Go somewhere else. Go to a different Taco Bell even. just not this one.

If this was Halloween 2009, we’d give every Taco Bell in greater LA a 5-star review. Why? The Black Taco. Or, really, the FREE black taco. I have to admit, I had the Beefy 5 Layer the other day. A sloppy delicious mess. Be drunk. Be very drunk. Until they bring the chilito or black taco back, 1 star it is.

I know I should be reviewing local establishments(rather than chains) but I literally eat here ALL. THE. TIME. You can imagine what my cholesterol level and internal organs look like. This Taco Bell is the closest to where I live but I don’t think they’ve gotten my order right more than a handful of times(as I said before, I eat here quite often – at least once a week). I usually go the drive-through route and have developed a Taco Bell food check strategy and suggest you do the same. There are times when they use less than the freshest beef(you will now because it will taste kind of strange and stale – please toss it!). I recall one particularly disappointing instance when they used corn tortilla sheets for my Mexican Pizza. The food is good(occasionally – stick with some form of quesadilla if you’re uncertain since they rarely get those wrong) and cheap but you have to be careful in checking your bags to make sure you got everything you paid for.

I live super duper close to this location. That said, I rarely eat here. That might sound odd, but it’s just one of those givens that I guess I take for granted. If I ate here any more often than completely necessary, it would be all the frickin time. In the past few years, this place went from just a walk up to a full service drive thru with a dining room. They have a small but ample parking lot that you can enter from Venice Blvd. It’s Taco Bell, so you already know what’s on the menu. If you haven’t had a meximelt, GETONIT. It’s an og item that not many people order so try it! HINT: Exiting this place can be awkward. If you go through the drive thru, you have to go west on Venice. You can u-turn at the first light if you need to. If you’re in the parking lot and exit to the north, it’s a one way alley that goes to the east about 10 feet and dumps you on Inglewood Blvd. If you exit the lot south, you’re basically in the same spot as the drive thru exit.
