This Subway never seems to fail. I’m usually a regular because I live across the street. By the time I come in the know exactly what I want, how I want it, and done in a timely manner. I do ask for a little more spinach now and then.

This is a pretty decent subway. It’s nice and clean and the staff are nice. This was my first time and I went at around 9 and they were empty. Instead of standing around the two girls were cleaning and mopping the floors. It’s nice to see them being productive rather than slack jawed with vacant stares like most food places around the area at 9pm. My sandwich tasted pretty good and the service was super quick. I’ll definitely be returning to this location again.

The girl working here can not make a decent sandwich if her life depended on it. She doesn’t greet customers. She just stares at you. I orders foot long tuna on jalapeño. She ripped through the bread so that it was not evenly sliced. She put all the tuna on one end and carelessly spread it over the uneven bread. Half the sandwich had a thin layer of tuna. Then she out cheeses on it without asking what I wanted. I told here I didn’t want that cheeses and that I wanted paper-jack cheese. She rolled her eyes and made the change. After toasting it I told hernia little lettuce and extra pickles. She did the opposite. I asked for mustard and instead of putting it in the center of the bread she put it in the crack with a big glop I’d mustard on dripping off one side. I wanted to walk out at this point. But almost done. But the way she cut the sandwich in half left the bread falling apart. She is the worst! But I doubt the owner of this franchise will do anything about this. It’s not the first time I posted something about her!

Yes! Welcome to subway which really isn’t necessary but the service by far is the best, reminds me of my Tia«aunt» when she made me a sangwhich, the place is clean and the people here are friendly you can ask for more of the fixings without getting a look. A good option if you get off late because I’m usually off late. The crazy carls junior across the street is a good option but if your counting calories I would say go for this subway. It’s prolly the best in da west side.

They say you can’t go wrong with Subway. I guess that’s not true with everyone’s experience. HONESTLY, if any complaints are about the taste, the freshness, or the health factor in it, AND you got this sandwich from walking into Subway, you KNOW what and what not to get. If they are grabbing for a bad bread you say, «no not that one.» If the tuna looks runny, ask for a different sandwich. If the toppings are not enough, you can always ask for more. Pretty much, you have the power to customize your sandwich, and if you don’t like it, that’s your fault because YOU created it. Lol. Anyways, the service is on the same level as would be an old blockbuster or a dominos but you’re not there for that. You’re there to eat healthy. I apologize for this particular review being more of a rant than it is an actual Subway dining experience at this location. To point out this location, parking MIGHT be challenging because it shares its lot with other businesses in a small area. Open 24 hours, that’s a huge plus. The monthly deals, always nice to see something different. This is a good subway. No crazy employees, no over-the-top unsanitary circumstances. Just a satisfying place with good sandwiches.

Okay so… Let me just say, this subway is awesome during the night. They’re open 24/7, so it’s really convenient when you get those late night cravings and nothing else is open. Good, quiet location and it’s very clean. I usually come at night and they’re always friendly, always have good service. However, I wish I could say the same for the daytime service. The reason for the 3 stars is I have come here in the day time and wasn’t satisfied with the service. I ordered a veggie patty footlong, which is supposed to be hot, and I think she popped it in the micro for like 20 seconds. The veggie patty felt like she had put it in the freezer instead and she gave me the craziest look when I asked her to make me a new one. On top of that I ordered a turkey sandwhich that they forgot to put mayo on. So I ate my turkey sandwhich dry, and had to wash down each bite with soda. They make your sandwhich in a hurry like they have a line going out the door and around the corner when it’s really a ghost town in there. Another downside is no public bathrooms.

If you’re gonna have Subway on the Westside, then go to this one! Seems silly to review a Subway, but I have good reason. I don’t eat meat, except for fish and seafood, and so my food of choice here is the Veggie Delight. This is the ONLY Subway that I have EVER been to where they automatically put double cheese on the Veggie Delight. Every other Subway that I have ever been to charges you for extra cheese. Come on people, it’s bread and vegetables — seriously, you’re gonna skimp on the cheese to charge me more money? This Subway is awesome with friendly servers whom will make your sandwich they way it should be made — with no complaints! I’m only giving 4 stars because it’s Subway, but it’s a much higher ranking than I would give any other Subway. And just with the fact that I am reviewing a Subway at all should speak volumes for the business.

This has to be the most consistent Subway ever. You’d think that would mean 5 stars, but nah. They consistently mess up on the same things all the time too. Oddly enough, it does not even bug me anymore because I know that my sandwich will be falling apart in random places, my meat will never be at the end of the sandwich for some reason, and I always have to stop them from toasting my sandwich and get them to heat the meat again because it is always cold from not being warmed up enough. But, throughout this the workers are always nice(although seeming to always be preoccupied by something), they move pretty fast, and they are open 24 hours. This location is definitely not the best, but is definitely not the worse. It really is just A-OK.

4 stars for 4 key points… — Open 24 hours. Score! — They make the sandwiches in front of you, so hard to mess it up. I never have any issues with this Subway. — This Subway is pretty clean, points for that. — Also free cookie with Unilocal check-in. ahhh the perks ;)

I’d been going to this Subway several nights per week at about 1am for several weeks, and initially was really impressed with the consistently good sandwiches, as well as the fact that the same guy who was always there knew exactly what type of sandwich my friend wanted once we walked in the door because it was always the same(granted it only consisted of 3 ingredients — double ham, toasted w/swiss and a strip of mayo, LOL). However, nothing irks me more than someone trying to nickel-and-dime me to death or question my integrity… So after weeks of the same and a jovial rapport developed with this guy, one night I asked to upgrade the 2 footlong sandwiches into meal deals, and to have the largest size cups they have. He apparently didn’t hear me and after I paid with a debit card because I had no cash on hand, he handed me the regular 22oz cups. I told him again I had asked for the largest cups. Instead of just using good customer service and handing me the large cups at no extra charge since I’d already paid, he charged me the extra dollar and change, which had to go on the debit card again. Then, for one of the meals I had asked for 2 cookies instead of chips. Upon returning back home, it was discovered that he forgot to give us the cookies altogether. Super annoying. The next night it was back for the same thing. I mentioned to the same guy that he forgot the cookies the previous night, and asked for 2 cookies again but for him not to charge me for them since I paid for them last night and didn’t receive them. He said to me, «I have to charge you again because how do I know I really forgot them? You should have come back right away, not the next day if I forgot to give them to you.» Really, dude? Like I’m on some covert mission for free cookies and am lying to you after dropping almost $ 20 on each visit for weeks and weeks. Use common sense and do the math, you idiot. That kind of pathetic, short-sighted customer service has made me boycott this location from that night on. They lost a good customer now because of lack of training and hiring morons like this guy.

I placed an order for a medium sandwich tray for a customer. The lady who answered the phone could not speak English. I asked her to transfer me to someone else who barely spoke English. It was a struggle and unpleasant experience. After I picked up the platter, I grabbed one of the turkey sandwiches to eat on my way to the appointment. It lacked ingredients, super skimpy. The bread was old. Absolutely disgusting. I will not return, I will not recommend and I suggest that they hire people who can speak English so your customers aren’t constantly repeating themselves and asking clarification questions.
