I love jersey mikes! This location is awesome and the sandwiches are delicious. I love the turkey with provolone and club supreme. the store is always clean and the staff are friendly. I definitely recommend to come and try it out.

Quick, straightforward, and delicious. I come here about every week or so and am never disappointed. They get the sandwich ready quickly, they know what they’re doing, and they’re always nice. Never had a bad experience and planning on coming back for more!

This spot is a common lunch destination for my coworkers and I because it is the closest Jersey Mike’s to our office. This is where we go if we want to spice things up and do something more adventurous than the food court. I am always excited to go here and never disappointed. I always order the turkey and provolone, so I can’t really give that much advice on other menu items but I can say that sandwich is delicious mikes way with the addition of mayonnaise. I have also had the Reuben before which is great but too heavy for lunch I think. I have to say I have always gotten the regular, and am always too full after. Last trip I got the mini and it was a perfect amount of food that didnt send me into a come for the rest of the day. It looks small but is actually a great option.

Not going to lie, I come in at least twice a week. I work in the area and there’s few other quick, relatively healthy, tasty sandwich places in walking distance from my building. This Jersey Mike’s is definitely well run and is always clean. I pretty much only eat their Turkey sandwich, and not much has changed with it since I started coming here. The employees are attentive to what you ask for and they try to get through the lunch rush as quickly as possible. The only note I have is that it’s always SUPER hot inside the place. Recommend eating out front on the small dining patio.

I think my husband wants me to know a near by location at all times! He has a habit of calling at any moment with a request for #55 with extra meat. Not saying that the meat portion isn’t great because it is, my man has to go over the top! Loll Best Sub on the market! Some think it’s pricey but you get what you pay for so GOFORITHERE, YOU’LLBEGLADYOUDID!!!

I was here with a group of co-worker who all like Jersey Mike’s. Brian was really hungry and we came for lunch around 11 am so that we could avoid the crowd. It was four of us. Two ordered regular subs and myself and Brian ordered the giant size philly cheese steak subs. Since there was no one else there the first two subs came on time. I got my sub 15 mins later and Brian’s sub took almost 20 mins. It felt like forever and I thought Brian would pass out because of starvation. I think Jersey Mikes is a little over priced. $ 17.50 for the giant sub and a drink. The giant sub is really big and had decent amount of meet. The philly cheese steak sub tasted good. I would have given them four stars if Brian had got his sandwich on time.

I’d say a solid 4-star. Had the Philly Cheesesteak that the little one picked out. They were nice to add tomatoes and shredded lettuce and pickles on the side. At checkout, the cashier was so sweet and offered a big cookie gratis to the little one — who looked at me first to okay :-) We got our friends and sat at the table to wait while they make our sandwich fresh to order. It may take a little while depending how busy it gets when you come in. But I would rather wait for a well and fresh made order than a reheated item to go. I would come back and enjoy a sub when the craving hits me. Not far down the road. And parking isn’t too bad in the lot.

Came here for a company lunch last week and I got the Philly Cheese Steak, in the regular size, and it was delicious. Somewhat biased since I’ve been to Gino’s and Pat’s out in Philly, and they are both the East Coast Kings of cheese steak. That being said, the meat here was pretty fresh, great cheese to onion pepper ratio and the bread was warm and soft in the middle a little crunchy on the end. Service was pretty quick and friendly. Haven’t tried the other subs, but I’m looking forward to trying them«Mikes Way» check it out

The person didn’t tell me that I had to pay extra for avocados… They charged me an extra $ 1.50 for avocado. He could have at least told me that they were going to charge extra because it was a birthday sub, which means ANY free sub! There’s a nice parking lot in the back shared with Rita’s, blaze and other eateries.

Was down here apartment searching and asked a local for a recommendation on what to get for lunch. They suggested Jersey Mike’s because it was fast and supposedly a good value. I was not impressed. This chain does not allow you to fully customize your sandwiches. I’m not saying that subway is a phenomal sandwich chain, but at least it gives you options. At Jersey Mike’s they tried to charge for different toppings like jalapeño…. The giant sub was a decent size but my sandwich was cold. And I definitely asked for it to be toasted and warmed up. Haven’t been back.

The food was good but the service was not to my liking. There appeared to be a number of employees mostly gathered in the back and talking. One employee came out while my sandwich was being made and made a inappropriate remark aloud than looked at me and apologized. I did enjoy my sandwich but would appreciate if the staff was more attentive and thoughtful of guest.

Recommend a #7 Turkey provolone or #20 pastrami Ruben with Swiss hot off the grill. The first hour they open expect a bit of a delay only two people able to help customers. After 11:30am the service gets faster.

This may be the best chain sub sandwich place. But that’s not saying much. While it’s much better than Subway, it also costs a lot more. If you’re looking for a good sandwich, you’re much better off finding a local deli. In Culver City, that would be a place like Sorrento’s or Jackson Market. If you’re not local, you wouldn’t know any better!

Love the fresh deli taste. I order from the Jersey Mike’s app and just skip that big line. The staff here is just great, always has it ready for me, and wrong! All nice people! The bread tastes amazing, the meat is cut fresh, Mike’s way is the way to go! Thanks guys!

I stopped into this location for lunch before a nearby dental appointment. I’ve tried to go to this strip mall several times, but there never seems to be any available parking. Today I was able to find a parking spot on the 2nd floor,. I was going to go to Blaze Pizza, but decided to give Jersey Mike’s a try. I really wasn’t that impressed with the sandwich or the service. I had a small turkey sandwich with chips & a drink. When I asked one of the cashiers what the total price would be, he didn’t seem to know. His co-worker gave a «snippy» answer. The sandwich was okay, but nothing great. The customer service really left a lot to be desired, too. If I do go back to this strip mall, I think I’ll go with the Blaze Pizza. At least I know that I’ll be getting a good meal for a reasonable price.

FINALLY got around to trying Jersey Mike’s after the longest time. I’ve never been a really big fan of submarine-style sandwiches, but I’ve seen Jersey Mike’s pop up everywhere, and there was always that nagging feeling that just wanted to see if it was any good at all. Both times I’ve come here, I got the Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches — the first time, I got the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, and then the second time just the Famous Steak Philly. The Big Kahuna is a great choice if you’re looking for something special — the jalapenos and extra cheese really make a huge, exciting difference, adding that extra bit of cheesiness and kick to the sandwich. The regular Cheese Steak is a solid choice too. Since sandwiches are made fresh, it can take a while for your order to get ready if you order a hot sandwich(read: cheese steak) — I’ve probably waited around 12 – 20 minutes both times. Cold sandwiches are prepared pretty quickly. I think the preparation time is the only reason I’m kinda lukewarm about Jersey Mike’s. I’d love a place where I can order, grab and go. Like I’m pretty sure I can get a whole pizza from Blaze faster than the Philly Cheese Steak is prepared. Given, I don’t know too much about Philly Cheese Steak preparation in a restaurant setting, but I’ve cooked them at home and I feel like it shouldn’t really take thaaaat long, especially if there’s not anything insanely different being done to the sandwich. The price point is okay, but veering close to the expensive side with regular size at $ 8.25 and giant size at $ 12.95. I could get two Chipotle burritos at that price basically, and it’s not like Jersey Mike’s is much better quality. Would come here once in a long while, but not a top choice.

I have been here twice now and both times were questionably expensive experiences. I’m not sure how I forgot the first experience to return a second time, but I am 100% certain their won’t be a third visit. Both times I have purchased their«famous» philly and I have to say it leaves a lot to be desired. I am also curious where they get pff calling this thing famous. The meat is bland. The cheese is overpowering. The sandwich overall is mostly soggy bread. This place is beyond overpriced…

**Don’t work here if you aspire to stand around doing nothing. As a matter of fact, don’t bother getting a job if you’re a lazy, worthless individual; deal drugs, instead.** Apparently, Jersey Mike’s doesn’t screen their applicants too hard, these days. I won’t bother regaling you with lengthy tales of service fails for this location, but I will give you a brief rundown of my most recent experience. I walk in — three«employees» are standing around watching the clock to hit closing time. They have 45 minutes to go. There is a couple ahead of me and one of the three fellas is helping him with his sandwich… Slowly. After 3 minutes or so, one of the two«workers» begrudgingly steps up to the deli slicer and asks me what I would like. I tell him not once, not twice, but THREETIMES. Finally, he starts making the sandwich. It takes him forever. The dude ahead of me asks for some sweet pepper relish on the side. They give it to him. It sounds like a good idea to me(and something I’ve done many times before), so I ask for the same thing when it’s my turn. The dude making my sandwich says, «We only have large to-go containers.» They have their standard to-go cup containers. I just look at him and blink a few times. He spoons some of the relish into the container. Then, while maintaining direct eye-contact with me(in a rather UNPLEASANT manner), he smashes his hand down on my sandwich and hacks it in half. Later, I find he didn’t even cut through the entire sandwich. I had to slice it myself. This worthless dude slides the sandwich to the cashier. The sweet pepper relish never makes it into the bag, nor to the register. I opened my bag at home to find a lonely sandwich… All that pouting from this lazy asshole and he didn’t even include it. It should be noted that the sandwich station was A TOTALMESS. Meat scraps ALLOVER the deli slicer and the area around it. Shredded lettuce all over the condiment line. It was an embarrassment. Those people over there oughta be ashamed of themselves; the managers, too. Go to the Beverly Hills location on Beverly, south of Wilshire, to see what a well-run shop looks like. Every time I hit that location, I get an exceptional sandwich. And they run a cleaner shop, too. It’s a real shame — I’ve always had a good experience with Jersey Mike’s, but this location is completely mediocre. The service I got when the three lazy boys were on shift was memorably bad and I haven’t been back since. I’d rather just go to Paninoteca, spend one more dollar, and get a WAY better sandwich.( ) NOTE. I wrote corporate WEEKS ago with this story and I’ve not heard a peep back from them. I included everything from the store number, to the receipt number, time of service, the logged-in cashier’s name, and complete order and price. Not a good sign, but could be the result of high complaint volumes.

OK at best. Their oil/vinegar/spices are good, but last time I went to Jersey Mike’s, I received the most pathetic amount of meat and cheese on my sandwich, and the bread was dry and crumbling. Their sandwiches cost a premium(~$ 8 for a 6 inch) so I expect more than Subway-esque stinginess at twice the price. Additionally, this location has a B health rating. Not eager to return. Free parking in back.
