I received a letter from Domino’s stating«due to overwhelming response to our National Promotion last week, we were not able to provide our normal level of service… please accept a free medium pizza on our behalf». I received this letter b/c the initial pizza I ordered was very late — this follow-up letter acknowledging the issue and offering a redemption was great customer service on your part. However, I received the letter past the expiration date to redeem the coupon. When I called and told my local Domino’s the situation, Luis, the Manager, let me know they would honor the letter anyways. I also ordered ranch for an additional .75 cents and realized I only had .45 cents when I arrived(I swear I’m usually not this shitty). Omar(I believe that was his name), the cashier, gave me the ranch for .45 cents and asked that I «just try to remember for next time». Needless to say, because of Luis and Omar, there will be many many more times of ordering from this Domino’s location. Exceptional customer service — I am very happy!

Always ordered for delivery and I’ve always gotten it on time. I’ve ordered their buffalo chicken which was really good. And their pan crust pepperoni Delish! You Could never go wrong with Domino’s.

I was really disappointed. I decided to try their baked sandwiches for the first time. And the sandwich was very poorly presented and presented completely different from the ads. Not just the usual advertising fake out either. Take a look for yourself, this was the Chicken Bacon Ranch. :/

Haha, man, the reviews for this place are hilarious. I’ve ordered from this location over a dozen times in the past two years and have never had a problem aside from one Friday night last month where my pizza was taking over 45 minutes for delivery. I called them up and calmly asked what was going on, and received a guarantee from who I think was the manager that it was on it’s way, and was only late due to it being the weekend and them having a lot of backed up orders. Pizza was delivered within ten minutes after my phone call. This is okay pizza and the service is equally average. Solid three stars. I swear y’all must just be calling up and screaming at the employees like complete d**kheads to receive such abysmal treatment and bad food. To which I say, you reap what you sow, kiddos. Oh, and whoever comes here to legitimately complain about the quality of DELIVERYPIZZA needs to seriously rethink their life choices. Good grief…

Hit and miss. Pizza isn’t bad… when you actually receive it. This is the second time I’ve wound up without a pizza, and since I waited no other place is open. If anything, pay with cash so you don’t have to mess with customer service… :/

I have to agree with many other reviewers here. This pizza was awful. Just disgusting. Top and bottom covered with corn meal, like sand. Order was 20 – 30 minutes late and I’m like ten blocks away. Driver asked for a tip. Rude. I asked my wife to remind me next time I say I feel like ordering a pizza what a horrible idea it is. SKIP Domino’s. As an update, Domino’s «Customer Care» reached out to ask ME to provide feedback to the local Operations Director by visiting their website and providing a reference number, blah blah blah blah blah. Yeah, Im not impressed. Instead of offering to make it right, you want me to go to your website, put in some reference number and re-review this awful transaction? Get outta here Domino’s. You guys are just the worst.

Online ordering: doesn’t work Carry out: not after 10pm (cuz Culver City is mad ill yo?) Delivery: late by about 20min on average Pasta: new, *terrible* and waaay overpriced Website: email link broken for complaints Haven’t ordered since a few years back when the phone was answered by a giggling kid who obviously didnt give a fk & was joking w co-workers(hung up on me too). Tonight was a great reminder that when you have to order from this crap chain(which I must add, this particular location is BYFAR the worst), you have already given up. You know it will suck. But the new menu? Sucking even more than before! Deliveries 20 min late when we literally are 5 stoplights down Culver? Then the order is made half ass and customer service is non-existent. Only order their shitty shitty shitty pasta bowls if you have a bulemic pal who needs an easier way to hurl. No wonder their corporate ‘leadership’ can’t steer this crappy franchise brand back to profitability. Soon the average American(myself included) won’t be so stupid as to keep paying for this crap shit product. Just really shitty-cannot in good faith refer to anything they sell as ‘food’. Hurry up and die Dominoes. All the name-changes in the world won’t change your shitty shitty shitty offerings and wack service.

I tried to order from these guys today online and kept running into issues. Called instead for their special where you get 2 or more items for $ 5.99 each and the total came out to $ 18.50 for 2 items. They then tell me there’s a delivery charge and that it would be a 45 minute wait. Online it said it would be 15 – 20 minutes. I’m literally 3 blocks away… Between the charge, the wait and the mediocre food, at best, I just told them to cancel. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Dominos has never been good but on a rare occasion, I’ll order in out of laziness. This ridiculousness reminded me of why I don’t bother. Settled for a protein bar and some leftovers which are probably a lot healthier, taste just as bad and saved myself the aggravation.

Haven’t had Dominos since college, guess too many late nights burning the midnite oil fueled by Dominos or Pu-Pu Hot Pot. The store mailed me a flyer offer for a free pizza, any size, any toppings — that was hard to say no to. Especially as the kids love Dominos. Only caveat is you cannot order online or on the phone. Have to go into the store to redeem the flyer offer. No biggie since this store is not far. The kids picked an X-Large(16″) Brooklyn ExtravaganZZa Feast w/Triple Cheese, Triple Mushrooms. After placing my order and turning in the flyer, I was told wait time would be 15−20mins. Neat to have the flat screen in the store displaying the queue and remaining time for orders to be ready. My order showed ready for pickup. But there were some confusion as I was offered other orders under the name of Lisa and other people. Weird thing is instead of asking me my name on the order, they keep offering me whatever order was ready. And when they finally caught on what my order was, they said, «oh it’s not ready, we are cutting it now». Ugh it pretty much defeats the purpose of telling me my status order Ka «ready» when I still had to wait another 5mims for them to sort the orders. Anyways. I read a lot of negative review related to poor quality deliveries. So I was a bit on the fence, ordering from this store. We got a beautiful, piping hot, just-as-we-ordered pie. Maybe ordering for takeout helped. The garlicky dough was flavorful. And the toppings were plentiful. We’ll consider Dominos as one of our options for pizza & movie marathon nite.

Great Taste and Great Food All In One! I had a Special Offer on Domino’s Pizza that came in the mail just the other day in which I took advantage of and Honestly, it has been a very long time since I ate Domino’s Pizza and so I decided to give it a Shot! When I had arrived, I was greeted by Amen and Blanca. They were both very kind and took my order and I was very amazed on just How Fast they were able to make my pizza and hand it over to me already warmed up and ready to go! I was very much amazed that inside their location that they have a Special Television Screen that contains their Customers Names and the Amount Of Time That You have To Wait which in my Very Own Personal Opinion was Simply Amazing and Accurate on top of it as well very helpful in managing your time. They definitely Met My Expectations! Furthermore, I Honestly did Not know How Close Their Location Was From My Home and since it was that close, I decided to walk there and back and when I got home, I sat down and enjoyed my Tasty Pizza! I look forward to coming back to Domino’s for More! Thank you Amen and Blanca for the Wonderful Service that you gave me yesterday back on Thursday, June 11, 2015!

Great Dominos! I’ve ordered from here previously, but never got around to making a review. I got a flyer in the mail for a free pizza, any size and any toppings! Didn’t think it was true at first, but I called and asked about it and it was! I ordered a XL Size pizza with olives, green pepper, tomatoes, onions, pineapple, beef and chicken. Plenty of toppings and delicious pizza. You’d think they wouldn’t put as much toppings/cheese since the pizza they were giving me was free but nope, they gave a great amount. The facility was clean and all i had to do was hand the flyer over to receive the pizza. The only downside was I had to pay 1 $ for red pepper, it seems like Dominos does not give free Parmesan and red pepper anymore. Overall great experience and i’ll be back!

Three stars for being a pretty average pizza place(I would say Domino’s is my favorite of the big 3, but it’s still nothing to dream about). Minus one star for charging a dollar for red pepper. How tacky can you get?

It’s been a while since I’ve written a review. I’d told myself that I wouldn’t just use Unilocal as a forum for complaints, but today’s order was pure hate bait. I’d be dishonoring THEIR efforts to piss me off if I didn’t write about it. The Set-Up: I ordered online. Very simple. Left side was a «Fiery Hawaiian» and the right side was Sausage, Salami, Mushroom and Tomato. And of course, jalapenos on both sides. So, what did they screw-up? — Pizza arrived 20 minutes late. — Pizza only barely resembled my order. Half of the pizza was just crust and the other half was the hawaiian pizza with SOME of the toppings from what was expected on the right side. — I called them to complain, but they kept me on hold for 10 minutes before I heard the order taker literally hang up the phone. I didn’t have high expectations for Domino’s Pizza, just a bare modicum, enough for a pizza to LOOK like what I ordered even if it didn’t taste like it. But it appears as though I have to lower my expectation even further and just be happy that they managed to sprinkle some cheese on some crust and delivered it to me before the mold set in. Is there any reason for me to try this location again(or any Domino’s location for that matter)? No, I think not. I’m fairly certain that after the employees read this review they’ll replace the cheese on any pizza I order with«handmade cream sauce» and I’d like to live my life without Hepatitis Type Domino’s.

As always, the pizza was mediocre. The sides would help with the flavoring but they charge for sides now? Get out of town! I mean literally…

Is there better pizza? Yes. But Domino’s has clearly fixed their pizza over the years. The crust is golden and flakey. The cheese and sauce good, the meat toppings good. I had a white sauce pizza topped with bacon & chicken that was DIVINE. I told someone this and they thought I was crazy, so I ordered pizza there again. One of the nights I went there, a Friday, there was a young guy working behind the counter that seemed stressed. Had trouble finding my pizza that was done. Had trouble finding out if I had paid. Actually had me wait even though online it said the pizza was done. But hey, it wasn’t too bad, & the pizza more than made up for it For the price, it’s a very good pizza!
