This location is the worst. Their delivery drivers don’t know how to make a phone call and walk up to a freakin door and knock. Their phone operators and other staff don’t know how to write down a phone number correctly and follow basic instructions and communicate them to their teammates. Good luck even getting a pizza from this place. Hope they can figure it out. Too bad.

The pizza is unremarkable but I’m giving them 4 stars because their garlic knots are so absolutely delicious. Next time I think I’ll make a salad at home and just buy a couple of orders of the garlic knots and call it a meal.

Called in a huuuugeee favor from New York to deliver a birthday pizza to one of my best friends. Staff was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. They delivered the pizza within 45 minutes, covered in stickers that said«Happy Birthday» & completely made her night. Thank you for exceeding all of my expectations! You guys are amazing!

Hi. I’d like to let whoever reads this know how disgusted I am with my recent experience with the quality of the pizza, the garlic knots, and the customer service I received upon calling to rectify the issue. Firstly, the pizza took around 50 minutes to arrive. But that I can deal with. When the pizza, the garlic knots, the chicken poppers arrived, one half of the pizza was squashed to the point where it was pretty hard to pick it up. We also asked for half of the pizza to contain pineapple and half of the pizza to contain pepperoni. Our reason for doing this is because one of us doesn’t like pineapple and the other does not like pepperoni! But the pineapple covered pretty much the whole pizza. Then the garlic knots contained ZERO garlic. I’ve ordered them plenty of times to know that there is a garlic glaze on the knots. They were completely dry. So upon seeing this I called the restaurant to let them know. A man named Guillermo(i believe that’s his name) answered the phone. I told him about the issue and he replied by saying«well, my person that makes the garlic knots said he did put the sauce on them so???». I couldn’t really believe that he implied I was LYING. Why would I bother calling if there wasn’t an issue? Seriously. I kept trying to tell him what the issue was and he didn’t want to know about it. So I said I would like to speak with the manager, to which Guillermo’s response was«I am in charge around here». I do hope you have the ability to record and listen to phone calls. I became very infuriated by his awful customer service and said he needs to fix this issue. He begrudgingly offered credit towards a future order. I don’t really care for that though as I don’t think i’ll be ordering while Guillermo is in charge. It was the day he offered the credit that bothered me. His exact words«Well, I guess I can give you a credit for a future order, but just so you know he did put the sauce on the garlic knots». HESTILLACCUSESMEOFLYING. Someone really needs to look into how that place is run and whether Guillermo is really right for this line of work. I also have pictures that I will gladly show you. I offered to send them to Guillermo or personally bring in the pizza and knots. He refused and reassured me there was sauce on the garlic knots. Unbelievable. Thanks. — Christopher. My order # was 368517972. I placed the order at 2:48pm, and called the restaurant at 3:43pm. P.S I believe his name was Guillermo, but he spoke very fast — so I could be wrong. He claimed to be the manager in charge so if his name is Guillermo then I guess that’s it!

Have given them several chances and even when I asked them to make sure my cheese sticks had some cheese on them, since they didn’t last time, they couldn’t make it happen. Slow service. Bad food. Reflects very poorly on national brand.

We have a Pizza Hut right across the street from us. The taste of the food got worse and worse, so we tried this place about 18 months ago, and have been back numerous times. Get the THIN crust pizza. Like most places, hardly any toppings, but the thin crust? You can eat SOMUCH of it and not even feel full!

The staff at this Papa John’s location is extremely friendly and professional. They were one of the few companies that supported our non profit organization this school year to help our local elementary schools. Not only did they not hesitate to support our school, but they even came out to one of our events and helped out with passing out food to our attendees. Without their continues support, we wouldn’t have been able to raise the money we need to help our students, teachers and staff. If I could give them more stars I would because they would deserve it. Hands down! As the president of the organization, a mother, a consumer and a business woman, I have a lot of respect for this Papa John’s and their philanthropy to help support education. Thank you Papa John’s!!!

Not sure why this place has gotten some bad reviews. I’ve been getting pizza here for years with no problem. Not the greatest pizza but what do you expect, it’s fast food pizza for about $ 10 a pie.

NEVERORDERHERE!!! PORK in vegetarian pizza, bad attitude of staff. Screwed my halloween. I just had a Horrible experience at this place. Today is Halloween and we(me, my wife and kid) thought to have a pizza here, which we usually do. We ordered vegetarian pizza, repeated order two times and the guy who took order confirmed it. After half an hour I got it when asked for the order status, it was already prepared and lying there. I went ahead and opened it, and I saw something which I didn’t expect. So I asked them what it is and to my shock it was PORK! I am a pure vegetarian and I ordered a veg pizza, why they would give me pork? I asked them and they easily said its a mistake. He did not even said Sorry and acted as if it was MY mistake. NEVER go to this place, they don’t care you and your order. I wish I could give 0 stars. Sucks! Seems they don’t have any manager to report and no one cares what they do.

Just received my order and couldn’t take more than 2 bites. Over salted and way too much garlic. Yuck. Manager could care less. Never again Papa John’s. Never again.

We decided after several years to give Papa John’s another try — confirming yet again that they do NOT use ENOUGHTOPPINGS. My past experiences with Papa John’s(2 or 3 times over the past 6 — 7 years I suppose) have kept me from ordering from them, since there are enough other pizza delivery competitors that offer better pizza with more toppings for better prices. The recent commercials for the spiced pulled pork pizza special made me interested enough to want to try it for our last pizza night. If there were a reason to give Papa John’s another shot, the pulled pork pizza was going to be it. Unfortunately, it only served to underscore the past experiences and it was NOT«it». Their large pizza was over-priced and under-topped. The large pizza and a regular cheese ran nearly $ 40 after delivery, and for that I’d wished we’d gone with a better option. Adiós, Papa.

This Papa John’s location is right off the freeway with easy access from Sepulveda. Most people order their pizza beforehand so their parking lot usually has space. I had a positive experience at this location. Right as we entered, we were greeted and they patiently waited as we were deciding in our order. The pizza chef quickly prepared out order and set it to bake. I guess this is what is expected from a pizza restaurant. The pizza was good, the people were kind, and the food came fast. We dined-in. 4⁄5 because some of their tables weren’t that clean.

Stopped coming here because papa johns cut his workers hours so that he didn’t have to give them healthcare. I wasn’t down with that. The pizza is good, just dont support the way they conduct business. Also every timee we would place an order for delivery they have this mean ass hispanic woman that acts as if she doesnt want to do her job. She approaches with an attitude, and her facial expressions are always the same she doesn’t even say thank you if you give her a tip. Damn shame, just drive up washington blvd at the costco and get a large pizza for 10.00. And the pizza is not bad at all for the price its being offered for.

Pizza was good. I ordered the thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, and jalapenos. i was surprised how crispy the pizza was, and how it wasn’t burned. That’s how my friends like it and they loved this pizza when it arrived. The only thing that sucked about this order was that that when the pizza was delivered, there were no hot sauces, hot peppers, black peppers, etc. Delivery is ~$ 3 and it’s automatically added on FYI.

F@&! This place. I just ordered 3 mediums via their papa John’s app for a bunch of hungry friends at around 10:15p. Its 11:15p and I have not heard from them, they charged me, and I’m hungry. Now I’m going to have to settle driving to some s$!$& Jack in the Crack tacos because some idiots don’t know how to deal with online orders. F-U-C-K this place!!!

Pretty standard Papa John’s — decent pie at a good price(lot’s of deals online, especially if you sign up for their club, or whatever they call it). Don’t know if I was lucky, considering others’ reviews, but I had no problems. If I’m ever craving take-out pizza(and that garlic sauce!!!) I doubt I’ll think twice about getting it from here.

Very poor phone service, i ordered 50 $ worth of pizza on line and they didnt get it. then said it would take 3 days to take the card off. Then they tried to say something about the driver went to our house, even though we were there. Will not order online with papa john’s again. See Andrea A.‘s and Laura C. ‘s review as well. I should have read those first.
