Frank didn’t want to process my online return after I looked online and I said I could return my merchandise to the store and spoke to customer service who also affirmed that I could. I plan to call their DM Ryan since he’s such a dick until he rectifies this situation. Complete disregard for company policy and allowing individual store discretion to take returns regardless if you have proof purchase is completely unacceptable!

rude horrible customer service from frank and suzanne both managers. but they learned it from there dm ryan. who hung up on me 3 times. this store does not know how to treat good customers. we’re very un helpful did not refer me to there sister store champs in the same mall who had the shoes i wanted referred to me as dear and took several customers ahead of me as if i’m just a waste of time i urge u. to try champs great selection and great customer service my new fave after being 10 year loyal footlocker customer.

«I’ve been doing this for 10 years» which is something since the assistant manager is terrible. We went from«helping me out» to «take it to the manufacturer» within 1 minute. Crap return policies and awful customer service. Good ol’ foot locker, may I never patron you again.

Prices, because I’m a frugal. However, John(assistant manager), on this Monday afternoon was very helpful. Multitasking, tending to 4 customers at the same time. The whole staff is communicating. He’s tech savvy and he knows how to move customer traffic. I am purchasing 2 Nike sandals just because I live the service overall.

I asked an employee for a shoe, he had me waiting 10 minutes. Starts helping other customers then goes to the register. After helping 5 other customers I walk up to him and employee says. «Oh by the way, we don’t have that size». Clearly I left.

Wow. I have never been to any kind of store with such rude employees. I don’t even know how this store is still open. I went simply to buy a duffle bag and had the worst experience. They act like I was pulling there teeth asking for help for them to get the bag for me. It took 3 different employees just to find the bag I wanted. I was waiting for 20 min and there was only 1 other person in the store. They unfortunately didn’t even know to use the register cause I was standing there for another 10 min.

Went to this store on Saturday and I have to say, the customer service is absolutely the worst. Walked into the store and waited about five minutes for someone to acknowledge me, finally a sales associate named Martha came over. I told her what I wanted, gave her the display shoe and my size. Ten minutes later she comes back and says they are out of those shoes. I asked to buy the display pair. she goes into the back and ten minutes later comes out with a pair of shoes plus the display. Seeing the look on my face she said she was able to find the shoes in my size. After giving me the shoes, she had then asked me where I got the display shoe from. It was at that moment I knew her elevator didn’t go all the way to the top floor. To make a long story short, she gives my shoes to the cashier, told her to ring me up and walks away. I waited another ten minutes to buy the shoes, when finally I had enough and asked to speak to the manager. The manager Suzanne was even worse, she had the worst attitude and was completely nasty and rude. If not for the fact that I really wanted the shoes I would have walked out. I finally purchased the shoes using my discount as well as additional percentage off and left the store. On my way out, this really nice black guy came over and apologized for his co workers actions. I told him I appreciated it, which I did. Will I shop there again… HELLNO!

Don’t go here. It took them over 15 minutes to find the shoes I wanted. Then they tried to sell me an older version of a shoe for the latest version’s price. And don’t bother calling because the phone is always busy.

It’s a sad day when you have to be the first to review a business and give it 2 stars. I’m not saying stay away from this place or anything like that I mean I have MAD respect for Foot Locker but this one. Man. Well it’s the holidays and of course it’s time to buy gifts etc. My dad and I went here to look for some shoes for him. I finally hailed down an associate to ask for a size. And man did she take forever. No, it wasn’t as busy of a day. You can tell because there are spaces on the benches to sit on. So she comes out with the other shoe and goes the pair is the display shoe. I asked her if they had any in the back because honestly, I don’t like getting the display shoe. It’s been in everyone’s hands and on everyone else’s feet you know. Anyway she says ‘I’d have to check in the back.’ I almost said WTH you been doin all this time girl?! So she disappears for 2 seconds and says there wasn’t any. So I asked if she could check if they had a pair that didn’t have a display at their other branch and she said, «I don’t know, but maybe FootAction has it. They’re on the other side of the mall» =O was my face. I tried to explain she didn’t seem to know what I meant and her co-worker didn’t understand either. Needless to say we left.
