The clothes are cute, but the associates are rude and uninformed. My sister and I wasted almost an hour in the store because the associate we tried getting help from had no idea about what could qualify for sales and/​or coupons we’d gotten via email. He gave us the wrong information first, we continued to shop and then when we went to pay, we discovered he was incorrect. He refused to acknowledge his mistake, too. We ended up buying the things we wanted online, where we wouldn’t have to deal with the terrible customer service or the mess of the store.

I absolutely love this store.
The first time I went to this store was at Westminster mall.
I was skeptical at first because the clothes were something that I would not wear.
But when I saw the floppy hat, and the jewelry and the sale for the jewelry. I love it so much.
I bough a pair of heel sandals from here and came back another time for a pair of blue wedges that was on sale.
I thought I would have to drive far all the way to Westminster mall for this store but they actually have one at the Westfield in Culver City.
I checked out their website and now becoming obsessed.
I currently have a whole collection of shoes from this place, I love it so much.
I like to shop online because the deals are great and arrive in 7 days. And also, they are free shipping of $ 50 or more.
Better deal than forever 21 and the shoes that are made by RUE 21 is great!
I hope they will expand and make more.
The associates doesn’t care much about the customer or at least me when I was there, just 5 stars for the ideal store that I love to come to!

I love my cashier Ashley Santos is the bomb, friendly, funny and sweet. She put us up on all the deals. My sis and I came in for 1 piece each and left with 2 bags. She’s awesome, she’s a keeper

The style seems a bit pre-​teen for my taste, but you can occasionally find some great steals. The quality of the clothes isn’t top notch (but at these prices, you don’t really expect them to be).
Good selection with great deals every once in a while. Definitely worth walking in to take a gander and what they’ve got.

My FAVORITE clothing store. Rue 21 has great styles and new shipments come in weekly. Everything is on sale at all times and they have everything from jeans and shorts to jackets to perfumes and shoes. And nothing in the store seems to ever cost more than $ 18. Plus, there are deals that help you save even more. Just today I bought three shirts and a jacket that would have cost $ 35. But the cashier added a perfume to put the price above $ 40 so they could take half off! I ended up paying only $ 22 for the entire purchase despite having an extra perfume. And deals like this happen all the time. Visit this store! No one knows about it and it is amazing.
