Pei Wei is a great fast food option. They recently expanded their menu to include healthy options(finally)! The portions here are huge, so even if the prices are high, one meal is really two. I also like how PW has a ‘condiment counter’ that has all kinds of sauces and spices to enhance your food.

Food is good but the service is terrible. Waited at the register for a few minutes before someone even acknowledged us. We sat for 20 min waiting on our food and finally looked up and noticed it on the counter. The employees said they called our name many times but we were 5 feet away and never heard it. Heard other names but never ours. We were going to eat our food in our car and left only to realized we had no forks no napkins nothing. Pretty sure not a single person even smiled from behind the counter once.

It is a place with over priced Asian food. The quantity for Mongolian beef is really little. We tried fried rice with chicken, decent amount but chicken is bland. I don’t think we will go back.

Welp, downloaded my Unilocal app again from my cloud just to write this review. Drove 20mins to this location, which was closest to me. For the following below, save your time, coins and tastebuds. 1. Chicken was like scraps, got the sweet and sour chicken(chicken scraps) order didn’t even look right as I glanced at it in the car… I should’ve opened it that’s my bad. 2. Wontons were undercooked. 3. Just didn’t taste good. I thought I would’ve been good… with the three star rating but nope! 4. Kids were runnin around with no home training, parents and staff allowing them to. Won’t be returning.

This location has incredibly slow service and customer service is dull. Three orders should not be brought out one at a time in ten minute intervals. The woman who brought out my husbands food walked away rudely when we told her his order was chicken not beef. I’ve been to lots of Pei Wei locations in lots of states and this particular location is my least favorite. Good thing Rita’s is next door– we can grab a yummy dessert and drown our sorrows. :-)

I love that for under $ 5, you can get a quick easy snack of 4 pieces of fusion roll. The Kung Pao Shrimp roll is a little spicy, a little sweet, and the perfect bite to hold you over a little longer! The cashier at the register was super sweet and enthusiastic too, which is so nice, whether for a first timer like me, or for a regular. Ambiance is strictly fast food scene, although pleasant– dark woods, brick wall, it’s trendy but not screaming for attention. I also got the Dan Dan for just under $ 7– minced chicken drenched in a sweet and sour sauce, noodles, some sprouts and a few slices of cucumber. It wasn’t worth eating all of, the flavor too monotonous and unfortunately its not nutritionally balanced enough. The sauce was very heavy… Pei Wei is easy and enjoyable, however, and for a few dollars you can’t expect too much. If I come back, I’ll grab another roll for a handful of cash and leave it at that!

It’s dismal looking inside, and smells not a good kind of fishy. Almost all the tables were dirty and the seating had trash on it. There was sand all over the floor throughout the restaurant. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Service at the counter was the robotic kind of friendly. The food? Well, the orange peel beef I had was full of gristle and drowning in sauce. Did not taste fresh. Only like 5 or 6 small pieces of meat. I can’t for the life of me figure out why I keep going back to this place!

PF Changs ordered at the counter. Granted they don’t have as large a menu, it is the same flavors, ownership, and recipes. The set up is very simple: you pick a protein, size, and flavor. You can always add veggies(I like adding broccoli to the kung pao chicken) & the best part is that they have brown rice! Each dish is about $ 10 – 12 and more than enough food for 1 person. I’m not the biggest fan of their soup(very salty) or their sushi rolls(fresher in other places that serve sushi exclusively). Overall, I a ma big fan of pei wei, as it is a great spot to get your Americanized Chinese fix

Stopped in on a Saturday night for Mongolian beef. Good! Recommended. Love the atmosphere with the Edison lights, wood and brick walls. Certainly doesn’t feel like a Chinese restaurant. Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and busy. Worth the trip for a quick Chinese meal.

First off, I hate writing bad reviews and really like the food here, however the cleanliness of this place warrants it being shut down. I’ve been here 4 times total, the last 2 have been revolting. One time we ordered lettuce wraps snd saw small BUGS crawling in the head of lettuce which they didn’t wash. We told them and they made us another dish. The same thing happened on the second serving and we just tossed the lettuce. The last time we went there, I decided to just pick up food. I waited in the line and may g@d strike me down if I’m lying but a cockroach fell right onto my shoulder. At first I thought it was just water dropping from their pipes on the ceiling but when I looked over on my shoulder he was just chilling there, staring at me. I quickly brushed him off and got out of there. Needless to say I lost my appetite and will never come to this Pei Wei again.

Honey Seared white meat chicken cubes with crispy white noodles. The Chinese foreign exchange students at UCLA won’t appreciate this style of food, but you just might. Good variety, quick service, mediocre prices. The food always comes out piping hot and the portions are decent. They’re presented as a single entrée for one person to have, but in reality, there is more than enough to share… and you should. Unless you’re eating alone, you can share 2 – 3 dishes among 2 – 3 people. It’s certainly catered to a western palate, thus Emperor Ming of Zaodong Province probably won’t appreciate this style of Chinese cuisine… but that shouldn’t deter you.

Pei Wei is the sister restaurant of PF Chang’s. You go here with the understanding that PF Chang’s is actually not a Chinese restaurant, rather a white person wanting to open a Chinese restaurant. Pei Wei is the more casual offshoot of PF Chang’s. It’s counter service and food and drinks. It’s pretty much PF Chang’s version of Panda Express. The food is familiar, which is to say it’s not bad, but it’s not Chinese food. Pei Wei suffers the same issues that PF Chang’s does. It’s overly salty and overly sauced. Which means, you’ll need to drink a lot of water afterwards. The service is quick and the food comes out very quickly. Price wise, i think it’s a little high for what you’re getting. This mall offers a few options aside from Pei Wei. None are Chinese, but neither is Pei Wei. This place is great if you get the urge for PF Chang’s, but don’t want to pay PF Chang’s prices. I’m not ashamed to say I get that urge sometimes, but I know what I’m getting myself into.

Don’t even know why someone would need to review or read a review for this place. You know exactly what you’re going to get: overly salty and heavily sauced faux Chinese food, aka the less ugly cousin of Panda Express. One of the bright spots is that you can order online and designate a future pick-up time. Nevertheless, the only time I’d eat here is not out of my own choosing, unless I won a $ 50 gift card to PF Chang/Pei Wei from my company’s holiday party. Speaking of which…

Walking in the place smelled good. I loved the faux street market décor. The prices are fair. You order at the counter and then wait for your food to be served at your table. The best thing I ate was the won ton soup. It was served warm, not salty and had lots of scallion bits & spinach. My chicken dish tasted good but was salty. The serving portion is ample. The bathroom was messy with tp and an overflowing garbage can. The sink faucet also dispenses water that is too hot. I did like the cool, touch-screen drink machine. Parking can be tricky since it’s in a popular block of businesses but if the lot is full, street parking is easy to get.

The cashier was rude, preoccupied with cookies, and so quiet I could hardly hear her. The lettuce was left of my lettuce wraps, meaning I just had chicken and the rice in my sushi was crunchy. It tasted like yesterday’s leftovers from the fridge. Simply an awful experience

Came here for quick/easy fried rice. Placed my order for one of the bowls at 9:30pm. Bussed my own table because there wasn’t one clean/bussed table of the 6 that were open. The place was filthy. After waiting 20 min, the cashier comes over to tell me they have no more fried rice. Me: «But…I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and you’re just now telling me?» Cashier: «Yep. Sorry dude» Said I could have noodles or my money back. Wasn’t feeling noodles and after seeing how filthy and mismanaged this place was, I just got my money back. PF Chang’s corporate needs to send a new sheriff into this town.

Great place for ‘fast food’ if you can call it that way :) Sushi is amazing and very affordable. From time to time I stop by and enjoy in great food with my wife. For every recommendation. Enjoy folks!

This was terrible. We ordered all the sushi rolls to try; the rice was so hard — and it was not sushi quality rice and so fried out that I couldn’t believe it stop stayed formed. The rolls had a mango sauce on it which tasted more like a miracle whip mix where the mango flavor was not distinguishable and had everyone wondering what it was… The fresh wraps had dried up noodles like they were cooked and drained and dried out before they ever prepared the wrap and the wrap outside was so wet it fell apart like they tried to make the insides moist again. This food is not prepared fresh I found out in a phone call to the manager… It is prepared in the afternoon and then stored until someone orders it… Oh, that half explains that an order to be picked up at 6PM would be so awful… No not for $ 50!
