Very rude associates, poor customer service, called to find a particular perfume which was in stock however prices can not be discussed over the phone. The fact that a company makes you physically visit the store for a price check is insane. That tells me that your prices are higher than normal because if they were not, you’d be happy to share that information. Just based on the phone call alone, I will never support this business.

We were in the mall, looking for perfume, so this store seemed like a decent option. Unfortunately, as we approached, there were three people(presumably employees or the employees’ friends) completely blocking the door. The three of the them stood in the doorway, eating and smacking their lips. This store immediately became unattractive, as it was clear the employees were there to hang out with each other, eat, and people watch rather than be available to assist customers. So much so that even entering the store was not possible. If I was the owner of this store, I would fire them all. I have never seen such a terrible site at a mall. (This wasn’t a brief occurrence either; we walked to another shop and a kiosk, then came back this way to see them still blocking the door.)

I’d seen this store in the mall for a long while but never walked in because I never buy my fragrances from small boutiques. As I walked by the storefront today, I noticed they had new hair products for sale; particularly something I had been wanting to try. As I entered, I heard a lady greet me from the back of store; though I didn’t see anyone. I grabbed my item and found my way to the back of the store where(I’m guessing) the main registers were. There were three women working: one with her back turned, a second relaxing behind the register and a third walking out from behind the cash register counter who appeared to be assisting with the shelf stocking. I waited about 20 seconds while the relaxing employee stared at the third employee as if to say«you do it.» Just as I was about to say never mind and walk out, the third woman tells the relaxing woman that she’s off duty. The relaxing woman then begrudgingly get up with a woeful expression and rings my item up… no greeting, no eye contact and of course, no hint of a smile. You’d think she was doing me a huge favor by letting me buy something. I’ve worked retail many times in the past, so I didn’t want to give her any trouble by saying something. Maybe she was having a bad day… I don’t know. All I know is that I don’t see myself ever patronizing this business again.
