The Bounce Pilates class is a fun workout that got my heartbeat up and challenged my muscles(little as they may be). I really liked Brandy R’s teaching style and could tell she put alot of thought into the workout. Looking forward to the next class!

I have never done Pilates on a reformer before and I’m glad I tried it first here. Kate was very encouraging and helpful before and throughout the class. This really was a full body work out and I broke a sweat. My legs were shaking by the end! I came on a Sunday morning and street parking wasn’t hard to find(and it’s free!). I will be coming back every weekend!

I absolutely love this place. It’s been a really long time since I’ve taken Pilates classes and I’m so happy to have found this specific studio. I’ve taken a few ‘sweat pilates’ which is just a really great work out. I was in some pain after my first class(which is great) — I will say, those 45 minutes went fast and it was a lot of fun so I was surprised to have felt such a burn the next day! Awesome. The other class I have taken a couple of times is the ‘core stretch’, this class is 1hr 15 minutes. It’s such a unique work out. I’d compare it to taking a bit of yoga, mixed with getting a full body massage! Really great place and excellent instructors!

Moe is a beast! She has the most complex, intensive, unique exercises on the mega reformer. This is Pilates on steroids. I love that the studio is always clean, no clutter, full of dedicated students that keep me inspired. Come here to get your cardio, strength and balance on.

I’ve been here a few times and you DO sweat! I am giving 3 stars because of the following: I’ve taken Pilates off and on for over 10 years… there is only a small % of Pilates in this program. I was publicly humiliated, and after much exasperation, helped, with properly changing a spring on the reformer during class. If you are new to Pilates, this is not for you, which is not disclosed on the website.

I came as apart of a class pass. Ive taken pilates for years and was basically expecting a more rapid type of pilates. This is like a cross fit type of class in my opinion. I have three herniated discs in my back and my back was absolutely screaming within five minutes. I made it thirty minutes into the class and walked out. I love pilates because I have different options with movement to compensate for my bad back. I also flagged the instructor down because I felt I was not doing movement correctly(it was causing me quite a bit of pain) she made no effort to adjust my body. Usually the instructors give you different options as well not in this class. Any who not a class I would recommend if you have any sort of injury. Pilates is awesome for injuries but I ended up hurting myself in this class.

I’ve only been a few times with ClassPass and this gym is amazing. great equipment, clean, nice neighborhood, great small class size. You really do sweat. The instructors are on it! They are nice, dare I say, intimidating, but in the best way — they make you want to push yourself and not be lazy about your workout!

LOVE!!! Wonderful, clean, spacious Pilates studio in Culver City. Came here for the first time last night and enjoyed every moment of it. Their technique really focuses on getting the max amount of a full body workout in only a short 45 minutes and you definitely will sweat! I took Moe and LOVEDHER. She offered a great mix of standard Pilates movements with cardio and quick transitions to burn the max amount of calories and trigger the most muscles. The class is also very hands on and tailored to your experience level. Newbies don’t feel out of place and more advanced Pilates lover get several opportunities for more rigorous movements. So, regardless of where you are at in Pilates, this class will definitely challenge you to the core(literally) but it’s also very manageable at the same time. Another GREAT thing about the studio is how open it is and how nice the reformers are!(A crappy, uncomfortable reformer is not the wave). Very convenient location with ample *free* street parking too, what’s their not to love? If you live or work in the area, I would certainly say to give this place a try.

I really enjoyed the class here. I got a really great sweat — the next day I was really sore. Moe is an excellent instructor — she corrected my form and was very motivational. She also has an awesome playlist — the music really helped me get through the challenging moves and allowed for great concentration. The atmosphere is really wonderful — the people who attend are really nice — I left feeling like I had an awesome workout and a great start to the day — I highly recommend!

Moe is AMAZING! She owns the studio and has the best energy. She will push you hard, make you laugh, and has an eagle eye for form. Sweat is a welcoming Pilates studio where you don’t have to feel out of place if you’re not a size 0LA girl. I only take off one star because I went to a class with another instructor who I did not care for at all, but seriously Moe is worth coming back again and again!
