Their customer service is by far the best… As a mom of two teenage skateboarders… I knew nothing about «freshies» or skateboard gear until I came here. I’m officially a cool mom now… thanks to the friendly and most coolest staff here. On a more personal note… they even remember me and my boys when we walk in… we are regulars now! To the manager at this Zumiez… I must give you and your crew a round of applause for your AWESOME AND ATTENTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE… im going to drop names… just letting you know Corporate Office will get an e-​mail from this happy mom!

Came in here to look at the different boards, the staff on the floor was attentive, they really know their stuff, and are super helpful. The only thing I would say is I waited to be rung up because the cashier was chatting with a co worker, and nobody seemed to notice me waiting which was kind of awkward. I pretty much got rung up when his convo was over and he happened to look over…
