On a trip we decided to stop for a bite to eat and a beverage and based on the other reviews decided to give this place a try. It’s nothing fancy but the food was decent the beer was cold and cheap at happy hour. More impressive was how friendly the locals were that frequent the place. May make this a regular stop on this trip

Dover, DE
Nice place, downtown, with a good selection of craft beers on tap and in bottles. Friendy staff make for a pleasant stay for out of towners. The Times parking lot has plenty of signes warning people of vehicle towings and fees so we were too scared to park there as recommended by another Unilocaler. We will be heading back to Niners again tomorrow and probably during future visits to Cumberland.

Great selection of beer, best in Cumberland, Md. Food comes and goes, usually good tho. Can get busy but they do what they can. One of my local stops that’ll bring friends to.

Frostburg, MD
Best beer selection in the county. The food is usually pretty tasty. Definitely go if you are looking for a great beer bar! Friendly staff and mostly clean fun atmosphere and lots of big TVs.

San Francisco, CA
Niner’s in Cumberland, MD is the best place in the area for a great late night drink. Service is fast, drinks are cheap, the best ballgames are always on, and bartender Brad pours generous measures.
If you need a place to park, try the Times News lot across the street.
Note: There really aren’t any other options at all to drink locally, so make the best of it. Get here early if you want a spot on the pool table.
