Cool Little Bar This small local bar is one of those places that you look up and not realize that you’ve been there 3 hours. Stevie’s prides itself on having expansive variety of craft beers on tap. The bar holds about 15 people and they probably have 8 other tables. The menu is standard pub fair all items under 10 bucks with daily app food specials as well. We ordered burger sliders and poppers, pretty decent. Great beer selection, decent pub food, small cozy bar area, and friendly service. All and all it works. Thanks

First Time Trying out this Cozy small Bar. Ordered a stuffed Explosion Burger with Fries and a beer flight. The Beer selection was very good with I think 22 Taps. Service was Friendly and the atmosphere very welcoming. When my Burger came out I was surprised at how big it was not expecting it to be that big for the price. I found out why they call it an explosion burger, it was Great the swiss cheese, mushrooms, Bacon and kick of Jalapeño peppers was so good, not much of a fry person, but they were even really good. all in all it is a very nice Neighborhood bar, nothing fancy, but really nice.

The girl who waited on us at the bar was so sweet and attentive and the food was good. But I am leaving a less than favorable review due to one of the staff members there. I didn’t catch her name, but she had pink hair and tattoos and may have been part of management. We ordered a flight(sample of beers) and out of the four beers we ordered, one just ran out and the other wasn’t an option for flights because it was a higher priced beer. The bartender said that she had to wait and see what the«management» girl was going to be putting on the tap that just kicked. We said, ok we’ll wait. The«management» girl comes back and starts to put the new tap on and proceeds to taste the new beer in front of us as we’re waiting to finish our flight selection, looks at the bartender and says«oh it’s good» and then lets her taste it as well. Here we, CUSTOMERS sitting there… and never got offered a taste. Then I asked if it was an option for the flight and she said«Oh I don’t know, it depends on the price». Every question we asked this staff member gave me the sense that we were bothering her. Never got an answer so we had to order two beers as flight options that you can basically get at any bar. Two beers we’ve tasted a million times. $ 9 for a flight and it was a waste. After all that happened, then I realized I should have walked out the moment we got there because even though the place opened at 2:30 and it just happened to be 2:32, they made us wait outside instead of allowing us to come in. I should have trusted my instinct and left right then and there. We will not be back.

Hubs and I have been told by several friends that Stevie D’s has a good selection of craft beer and a fun crowd. So we decided to check it out and went here on a Friday night for a light dinner and beer. We thought we’d be there about 45 minutes, but ended up staying several hours. It was an interesting crowd, mixed with people our age, older and younger. Karaōke started, and we generally aren’t big fans, but it was a fun mix of good singers and not so good. Hubs got a burger, and said it was cooked just right(medium rare). Nothing fancy, but delicious. I had the fish and chips, in a Guinness batter. Again, tasty. The fries were great, not sure if they were fresh cut, but tasted good. For beer, they had a nice selection of craft. I liked that the beer menu board showed the brewery, Beer Advocate rating and alcohol content. The bartender, Toni, was knowledgeable and gave some great selection. If you’re looking for a small, local pub with a friendly scene, check out Stevie D’s!

Love this place … First time here and the bartender Kristin made me feel like a regular … I felt comfortable and at home. I had a burger stuffed with bacon and cheddar and surprisingly it was cooked perfectly, hell most restaurants can’t cook a burger right lol and the fries were excellent. I had a few beers and tried some beers that were suggested by the bartender that were delicious. They carry a werid variety of beers on tap but they have a great selection of bottled beers as well. I’m not the biggest drinker but I did definitely enjoy myself here and I may be bringing my wife here for karaōke later this week and some dinner this will now be my local hometown bar.

Great place for trying different kinds of beers. Haven’t had a complaint yet in regards to the beer. That’s where the compliments end. The bartender with the chainsaw teeth is miserable. Has no customer service skills yet claims she is the manager. If a business owner hires a manager like this, one can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. But if ya don’t mind dealing with trashy service to enjoy some quality beer, this place will suite your needs. Good luck!

I LOVE this place — the food is good, the staff is AWESOME, the beer — more than I can count and if you like beer flights check this place out — it’s awesome!!! They are so cool. They are willing to work with customers and they give tastes on beers. I have found a nice place to hang out for a drink and snack — come by when they have karaōke — it’s a blast!

Fun events almost every night of the week. It’s not a huge place so get there early to get a table top seat or spot at the bar. The waitress are nice and the beer choices are great. A fun crowd at trivia and karaōke. Stay away from most of the food options– sorry but we ordered the nachos and they were just awful but that didn’t keep me from coming back to enjoy a few drinks.

Stevie D’s, how I want to love you more. When Pitcher’s Pub closed down, there was a lack of a decent place to get great craft beer in Northern RI. We waited and waited, and Stevie D’s appeared. It’s a small place, and plan on getting there early on a trivia night to get a seat. The beer selection is certainly better than most places in the area, offering more than Bud and Bud Light. Thank you for that! The food is really where this place is missing out. Everything is frozen, bland, and the menu leaves much to be desired. We eat before we go now, which is a shame seeing as in how they could really bank on having better food. Service is also touch and go. The tables are usually sticky(in their defense, they’re old), smiles are few and far between. Occasionally, we get really good service! We will continue to go to Stevie D’s every couple of weeks for trivia night and a couple of good beers, but we’d be there far more often if they made some improvements.

Great beer selection but that’s where the greatness ends. Stevie Ds is a small town, hole in the wall bar with terrible food, unless you like dipping your food in weird chunky unknowns in your dressings or eating semi fishy seafood. The fries are worse than McDonalds and the tenders are mediocre at best. By all means please come here and have a few beers! They have a great varying selection and 20 something different beers on tap that change frequently. But please save yourself and don’t eat the food, or expect great service, other than that its an Okay place!

Where’s the parking bro? A small place made smaller by the lack of parking lot which I know has kept me away before. They have a nice selections of microbrews but for a place that is built on their beer selections they didn’t know how to pour a Guinness right… really bro?

A really cute/cool hole in the wall kinda place with a good crowd. Right now there’s a statewide trivia tournament going on, and this place was having a double points night so I was all over it… I am a trivia fiend. It was a bit of a hike from PVD, but not too bad. The space is small but they utilize it well, and a good amount of people can fit around the bar area. The whole inside is really nice exposed wood and has a divey but nice feel. They have lots of big HDTV’s so this is a good place to watch a game. They have a good selection of beers on tap that rotate, and they have a short specialty cocktail list that they do really well. I ordered a white sangria and it was surprisingly fabulous. Everybody at the table kept tasting it so I had to order another! The food here is pretty decent. I got a lobster roll with sweet potato fries for $ 13, and it had a good amount of lobster in it. The sweet potato fries were okay, but not awesome. Their pizza is very good and cheesy, and has a unique crust that my friends really liked. The chicken tenders and chicken sandwich were also decent. Once it hit 8pm, we were surprised to find out that they start serving ½ priced apps! We weren’t quite stuffed after dinner, so we got some jalapeño poppers that were pretty good. But I never fail to burn my mouth on them… every time. The food wasn’t amazing, but the staff here are awesome and that’s why they deserve 4 stars. There were only 4 people working in the entire(PACKED) bar, and boy did they crank it out. The owner was going around checking on everyone and clearing tables. Both servers were also bartenders and worked together really well. Our server was really nice and was really on top of things considering the crowd. This is a hike for me, but I’m a fan and would totally suggest this place if I’m in the area again.

Partially a rebuttal Partially a reboot Partially a relief Pitchers Pub is gone. RIP Pitchers Pub. But Stevie D’s is here, similar in many respects, yet refreshed enough to feel that way. Outside, parking is still an adventure in sneaking into a remaining spot in the lot, or throwing the e-brake on when doing on-street parking. Inside, much of the layout remains — in these cozy confines, there isn’t much reorganizing that could be done for the better, so that’s fine. TVs adorn the walls, and a Frogger combination arcade machine is now gracing the back right corner, which is fun. As for the bar, the reason you’ve likely shown up, the spirit remains intact — many intriguing micro offerings stare back at you, and the prices are easy on the wallet, just as you’d hope. This bar remains a friendly place in the neighborhood with good beers, great for decompressing after work with friends. Happy to see this place re-emerge.

40 beers including a great Chocolate Stout service was prompt friendly and efficient Get a new kitchen! Food was terrible it took an hour to get served! If this one is to survive it will have to be on the beer. We won’t go back for dinner. If it weren’t for the beer they wouldn’t even get 2 stars!
