The food here is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what they provide! The place was so dirty I was about to call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT on them! The restaurant smelled like ROTTEN Bowel movement and body odor in some areas of it. The place looked and smelled FILTHY! They took almost 20 minutes to provide my order. My order arrived and when I ate it; parts of it WERE BURNT! It appears they weren’t keeping their grill clean and I had consumed the contents of burnt stuff left over from other orders. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Nor would I go there again. For $ 14.00, I could have gone to one of the sit down restaurants and eaten better food. The place would have been cleaner and the service much better.

It takes forever at the drive thru. I almost never go inside. I did go in last week since I had 3 orders. The cashier had cut her finger while changing prices on the signs. She was standing there with her finger in her mouth saying she hoped it quit bleeding soon. Not happy about that. Just glad she wasn’t preparing food and I didn’t order a drink so she did not have to handle a cup.

Almost never go inside this location, however we do drive-thru and it is quick, and the employees are friendly. Mistakes with your order in the drive-thru happen a lot around here but not so much at this Taco Bell. We always have all the times we ordered. The chicken burrito is my favorite item to order, and it is basically the same, every single time we order. It seems like the chicken burrito has changed twice over the last two years or so. I used to get chunks of chicken and a white sauce (maybe a «fiesta» ranch) and now it is shredded chicken with a red sauce. My only complaint about this (or any Taco Bell) is the plastic bags they throw all your food in… If the tacos or other items aren’t wrapped tightly enough they loosen and spill in the bag, and you have to pay attention to keep a tray of nachos from sliding around.

I rarely eat Taco Bell, but whenever I am working in Cumberland, there isn’t much to choose from, so I indulge myself with a chicken grilled stuffed burrito.
I have only been inside once and it was clean. No one was inside, which is usually the case. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I generally use the drive through, which runs fast, usually 1 – 2 cars are ahead of you.
I have to disagree with Alan’s review. Every time I have gotten my chicken grilled stuffed burrito, it has a good amount of chicken in it. It is nicely prepared and symmetrical, I have had burritos with guacamole on one side, sour cream on the other side and cheese in the middle, annoying, but not here. They also give a good amount of hot sauce, no need to keep begging for more. I am assuming Alan must have had a rogue employee making his burrito that day.
If ur in the mood for a cheap quick burrito, this place will suit your needs.

Almost the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. And ive been to hundreds!!! The service was friendly and efficient but my $ 3.60 chicken burrito supreme was like a bean burrito that a piece of chicken and an dice of tomato sadly fell in to. Boo on you chicken burrito supreme! Boo! Arise chicken, arise…
