The chicken shrimp is spectacular! Love the food here! Place is always clean and service is top notch. We are frequent patrons here.

LIZ FREUH– This was the first and last name of my horrible horrible despicable waitress. I made it a point to ask the manager. The most malicious service I have ever encountered: not once in all of existence have I been not only verbally attacked by a waitress, but also I swear to God she did something malicious to my meal, I refused to eat it. For the love of god someone PLEASE fire this lady, I am still baffled by the Horrid despicable service I received. Will be posting this on other reviews sites of this restaurant to spread the word LIZ FREUH for the love of god someone fire this person please

Ate here yesterday early afternoon. Our server, Susan, was extremely nice! Unfortunately my steak was scary… it was grey and odd… like a waffle house steak… couldn’t eat it… I don’t even think it was beef… perhaps it was dinosaur meat??? Haven’t gotten sick so thats a plus. The side salad was good… chicken and shrimp where very oily and salty. Will not return.

the place is so dated and has a old resturant mop smell, the food seemed over worked and the shame of 2 stars the beer taps were wrong the beer they say is not the beer you get! to many other places around in the area.

Came for the half price apps and got there a little too early which was our fault I guess starts at 10 not 9 like it says online… the food was your typical bar food not awesome not bad… but beware the house margarita! Yes it’s only 3.50 so you can’t expect much but it’s .99 to get a jug of rubbing alcohol and that’s exactly what mine tasted like… the best part of our experience was our server Alexis she was great… far too talented as a server to be working at Applebee’s!

Accommodated 15 of us who were hungry last night. They were under staffed too like Taco Macs (who pretty much politely denied us service by saying that it will take us an hour to get food — 3 different people came and told us that) but were willing to give us food. They set everything up as soon as we said we will be there and Chelsea was the server for us who was AWESOME! Food was decent…

Slow service and sure the staff did not seem to care for the customers– maybe the reason all the nearby chains were busy and they weren’t.
Food was mid of the pack as their menu have some dependable item.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this particular Applebee’s. The food and service here are always above average. I really like the new pub style menu options. Really good in every way I can think of!

Came here on a monday which is 5 dollar burger day. The service was very good and the appetizers were hot and delicous. I recommend getting the siracha shrimp appetizer. The burgers were awesome and well cooked. In the end it was a good experience for a reasonable price.

We have lived here for 12 years and have only eaten here twice. After our first visit years ago, we named this place SlowBees. As of tonight, they are still the slowest place in town. The hostess was super sweet and seated us right away, but it went downhill after that. We received our weak tea with no ice and then waited 30 minutes on an appetizer, cheesesticks. Then, another 15 minutes someone brought two entrees out, but no kids meals for our hungry kids. Ten minutes and we finally got the kids’ order. The food was okay, but the service was lousy. The waitress finally came with a tea pitcher and filled up my husband’s glass, completely overlooking mine. I had to ask for her to refill my glass and neither one of us got ice in our drinks. We finally escaped this miserable dining experience after an hour and a half. Don’t make our mistake… keep driving!

Moved to the south in February from the midwest. Grew up loving Applebees but have kind of grown out of chains in general. Last night after our engagement pictures we wanted something close by and so Applebees it was seemed like a familiar friend. We also noticed the parking lot was not nearly as full as the other chains which we were excited about because we don’t like to wait. It took forever to even order drinks and the restaurant was only 2/​3rds to ¾ full on a Sunday night. The food was not bad but definitely sub-​par. Everything from the spinach artichoke dip to the entrees. The dip was all spinach, hardly any cheese or artichokes. The mac and cheese was hardly cheesy and the chicken on it had barely any «honey glaze». The fried shrimp and french fries my fiancé had were fine but we won’t be back.

The experience started off well on a friday evening about 6:30 when we were quickly and politely seated. Our server was polite, knowledgeable and attentive. The experience went down hill from there fast as the back of the house /​kitchen staff proved that they had what it takes when they successfully combined their efforts to completely foul up a meal for four.
I have never been to any place that serves food that managed to screw up four different meals at the same table this way. Rubbery chicken paired with undercooked /​raw shrimp; a ‘specialty burger ordered medium and delivered so dry and overcooked a hockey puck would have been considered juicy; dry overdone ribs smothered in sauce; and to top it off, a grilled cheese that looked like they had made a cheese sandwich and then toasted the outside of the bread but forgot to melt the cheese. It is obvious that no one checks the meals before they plate them or let them leave the kitchen.
Spoke to the manager who did not display much energy or seem all that surprised and had the burger re-​cooked. Our server did manage to have the appetizer compt (least expensive item on the bill and the only food item actually prepared correctly)
The next time I think about going to Applebee’s and spending $ 75 including tip I’ll just hand out pre 1991 MRE’s and dine on that. I’ll save the $$ and the meal will probably taste better.

Came in for lunch meeting and was seated right away. I had a fried green tomato turkey club and enjoyed it. Basically I gave it 4 stars for great service and food, but in my opinion was kinda meh or whatever just another corporate chain, but has good food.
