They’ve been nothing but professional. I’ve gone to them for several years for my emissions. This is my first time at the Keith Bridge Road location and The Front Desk Customer Service Rep is VERY Professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. A very good representative for the company. I highly recommend this herbert automotive. They were a pleasure. We went there today to have the oil changed on two cars. Both were done within 30 minutes. The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a wonderful experience here and I plan to go back to have some mechanical work done on my car in the near future.

My wife told me how impressed she was with Herbert’s workmanship and customer service for sometime now. Today I brought my truck in for minor electrical and tire issues. I was in and out quicker than expected and charged way less than I should have been. Next time I need an honest mechanic, my family will return here.

Thieves. Tried to force me in to having them do theThieves. Tried to force me in to having them do the work or have the car I drove in safely in, towed to another facilty. The child who works the front desk is a poor excuse for a person and should not face customers.
