Have eaten here many times with my family. Food is normally good, service is decent but can lack at times. Large place with lots if seating but normally short on staff. There is normally a wait as this store doesn’t keep enough staff available to handle the full capacity of seating available so be prepared to wait, normally 15 minutes or more. I like the steak omelet but sometimes they skimp on the meat. Overall I would recommend it, good place for the family.

From the start of the visit, our experience was very disappointing. When we walked in they weren’t seating anyone yet the entire restaurant was empty. There were probably 30 people waiting to be seated. When we were finally seated our server Roberta was extremely rude. She didn’t know anything about the menu, and walked away before we could even ask any questions, or order drinks. When we did order drinks, two of us got orange juice which is $ 1.89, and instead of bringing us the one we ordered she brought us a large and charged us for it. There were three of us in total it took us 40 minutes to get our food. Our server never checked on us, and we consistently had to wave down other servers to ask about our food, or drinks. Management was difficult and overall experience was extremely poor. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Very busy location but the food was great. Got us seated in a reasonable amount of time. They gave us a booth which seated 6 people, when there was only two of us. But I’m not complaining! We were hungry! Great hash browns!

This place is always so crowded. We’ve never been here without having to wait. They generally move you through pretty fast though. I decided to try the steak tips and eggs and they were actually delicious. I expected there to be some chewy spots and the meat to not be good but they were cooked perfectly and the juice had a great almost teriyaki flavor. My husband got the ham omelette like he always does and they are never a let down. They are so huge and are pretty cheap. The service at this ihop is definitely superior to the service we get at the peachtree parkway location. The lady we had today was on top of our drinks, bringing us more even before they were gone.

We had breakfast here yesterday for my birthday. I had the Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity and my wife had the Chicken Florentine. About 7 hours after the meal, my wife began experiencing stomach cramps which eventually evolved into nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. These symptoms are all indicative of a variety of «Food Poisoning» type bacterias like Campylobacter. As my wife has experienced food poisoning before, she is VERY familiar with the symptoms. She called IHOP this morning simply as a courtesy in case someone else had experienced the same thing. She was met with resistance and defensiveness. We were not trying to get a refund, a credit, or anything like that… just calling as a courtesy. She received no apologies or concern and were told that it must just be a bug going around. I’m usually a fan of IHOP, but I certainly won’t be stepping foot inside this one again!!!

Food was tasty and prepared properly. Everything that we ordered was delivered to our table in a timely manner. The only problem was the wait! We had to wait approximately 20 minutes. The waitress was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this restaurant but would tell them to be ready to wait!
