Let me start by saying that I’m not large enough to buy clothes here, only bras. They don’t carry the smallest band size in my cup size so I ordered online from cacique and had it shipped to this location to save myself $ 7 in shipping. I’m still trying to figure out if saving the $ 7 was worth what I had to deal with when trying to pick up my order. I walk in the store and say hello to the employee sitting behind the counter, we’ll refer to her as «Baby» since that’s what she calls all the shoppers. Please note that I had to be the first to speak, nice customer service, huh? I explain that I’m there to pick up my order that I had shipped to the store. She asked if I had the email with me and I said that I had it on my blackberry but not a copy as I didn’t have a printer. *awkward silence* I ask if she needs the order number and she starts to give me an attitude that I was supposed to print the email so she could staple it to a sheet from a book. Okay, I said if she had internet access I would be more than happy to print it out but I couldn’t print from my phone. *awkward silence* Baby had me sign the sheet from the binder and went to the back to find my order. I browsed around the bras for a while as I’m waiting, and waiting, thinking how glad I was that I ordered online because none of the bras were the size I needed. Baby emerges from the back room with empty hands saying they don’t have my order because it hasn’t arrived. I show her the email on my phone that I received at lunch stating my package was in and ready to be picked up. Baby proceeds to tell me that someone hit the button by mistake and that there was NO way my order placed on the 14th could be there on the 17th. One would think that anyone in customer service would’ve offered to track the package and see where it was. No, all she gave me was an attitude. I had to find the customer service number on my phone and call to check the status myself. I call and I’m on hold for only a few minutes when a woman answers my call. I explain to her that I’m in the store and they couldn’t find my package and to see if she could track the order. No problem, package was delivered today and signed for by Kelly just before noon. After Baby hears that it was signed for by Kelly, she tries to put the blame on Kelly for it not being where it should be. Look, I don’t care what happened, I just want my bras and I want to leave because I’m getting really irritated at this point. Baby returns to the back to hunt down the package. After another round of waiting, Baby comes back to the counter with a box and does not speak one word. Her back is to me while she pokes around at the computer. After a few minutes of that, she turns around and hands me the box, still not saying a word to me. I step aside, open the box, take out the items out and set the box on the counter. I turn as if I’m leaving, to see if she would even tell me thank you. Not one word, I turned back and looked at Baby and said«I don’t suppose you want to apologize or thank me for shopping here?» She replies with«Oh yes, thank you and come back to see us» or some bs like that. Wow, really? I’m still undecided if I want to call tomorrow and speak with the store manager or not because the whole thing was completely uncalled for. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day, when you work in retail, your job IS customer service and hers was beyond lacking. If I were reviewing the bras I would give them five stars, and the customer service by phone as well. The bras were buy one get one 50%, plus I used a 30% discount code online, paying a measly $ 38 of a grand total. I’ve been loyal to Cacique for many years as I have a very hard time finding bras at other places in the right size with proper support. I would like to remain loyal but I don’t see myself using this location in the future. I would rather drive to Dawsonville to pick up an order or even pay the $ 7 to have it shipped directly to me.
