This is my «go to» store for fitness shoes. They have a huge selection with frequent sales and great customer service. If there is a shoe that is not in stock, they will locate the shoe and have it shipped to my home. This is a very quick process and my shoes usually arrive within two days.
I recently made the mistake of going to one of the smaller independent stores, (thinking that I would get a more customized fit), but that was a fail because I was not dealing with specifically trained staff and the store was just too small and limited. I was most disappointed in their customer service which was lacking.
I left there and immediately drove to Off Broadway Shoes where I not only found the Asics that they had at Totally Running and Walking, but they were $ 30 less. They had a sale going on and I was able to purchase a really nice pair of Nike sneakers, At the time I chose the Nike because they were very supportive, comfortable, deeply discounted, my brand of choice and brightly colored for spring. However, I have decided that I will be returning to either purchase the Asics, (an unfamiliar brand to me), or another pair of the Nike brand because I enjoy having indoor and outdoor options.
If you work out at home, I recommend purchasing two pair of fitness shoes so that you have a designated pair for indoors and outdoors and don’t have to worry about unclean shoes indoors. This store is the perfect place to «stock up» because the prices are great!
On my honor, I will never stray again!

Bought couple of boots (white mountain brand and can’t remember the other brand) from here a week ago. And my husband bought Kenneth Cole boots.
I loved the collection — especially booties and boots.
Most of the girls working here as staff were very helpful (except one grumpy girl at the counter who couldn’t figure how to us check out, assumed she was new)
Being a shoe lover and having tiny feet (size 5) is kinda sad. But I got lucky that day.
Found brown pair of knee length boots in clearance section which fit comfortably and were in good shape.
Liked another grey pair of boots, but since they did not have my size they looked up online to check in their ware house. Luckily they had a pair available. They offered to ship them for free provided I paid for them upfront. Gladly accepted it and the shoes arrived within a week :) .
Also they were running 20 $ off 100 $ promotion. So I saved some on that. I will return for more shoe shopping here for sure. :)

I was a bit disappointed in my visit here. I had hear of Off Broadway Shoes but there wasn’t one near us so I made sure we came here when visiting relatives. Their prices were a little lower on the shoes I purchased than DSW but I was surprised that their selection wasn’t as large. I did like their handbags better than DSW however. I might need to try another OBS before I conclude that I prefer DSW.
