McDonald’s

So, have given this location many chances and this one just nailed the last nail in the coffin.
I went here because we got a gift card for Christmas. I placed our order at the drive thru. Pull up to pay and the kid, if 15, says I owe $ 4 and some odd cents and says he can’t give me a receipt or tell me what is left on my gift card. The order is massively screwed up at this point. I tell him there should have been more meals included based on what I ordered. Hello, computers and they are linked together, so I assume? He takes the gift card runs it through again and still can’t tell me what’s left and the amount is totally different from what the lady said when ordering. Then asks if I want sauces and etc? I tell him I told the lady when I ordered. Basically, the dip used up my gift card.
So, we get home and start eating. I bite into my burger and there is something that appears to be a straw like substance in it. Did not even attempt to finish it. Gross!
I will NEVER be back!!!

Rating sign was posted near drinks and not at the counter like it should be. I’m sure it was to make sure it wasn’t seen by people ordering inside.
Fries were warm and the so called «Buttermilk Crispy Chicken» was not good. Tasted over cooked. I was a very disappointed.
Very young staff. Boys at the counter yelling at each other, like they were in break at their High School, telling who didn’t do what. Very unprofessional! All the while the manager was saying and doing nothing to «manage» her staff with professionalism.
Will not be returning anytime soon.

This is the most unfriendly and depressed McDonald’s I have ever been to. I don’t have to repeat what others have already said. Yes this is slow food!

They do a good job partnering with the community for fund raisers, but service level can be spotty. Drive thru is way too slow for this market and needs to be improved.

I don’t know if maybe the previous Unilocalers came on a bad day or if they have their stuff together today but I’m surprised enough to write a positive review. They were quick and it was 1pm just at the end of lunch rush which is shocking. I was in and out of their line in less than 3 minutes. My food was ready and waiting for me at the 2^nd window, it was hot and correct, my bacon ranch mcchicken was better than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. The sweet tea actually tasted fresh and was just the right sweetness. Only issue was the person in front of me in line paying more attention to her cell phone than what was going on in front of her and they were a little skimpy on the onions but hey for a dollar I’m not gonna complain.

Always dirty inside. I mentioned this to the manager and ended up getting yelled at because he was stressed about it.

After all the hard work mcdonalds has done to improve it’s image you would figure the would have done more about the way their employees act. I was in the drive thru of this location this morning and only encountered three employees. However none of those employees seemed to want to be there or to have me there. These worse three of the most morose people I have ever seen. I understand mornings are hectic but damn at least look at me when you give me my change.

I am mad because the closest McDonald’s besides this one in inconvenient. I only eat here for breakfast before I drop my kids off at school, and only if they beg! The drive through is SO SLOW! And I have lost count on how many times my order was wrong! I have been inside a couple of times and one memorable time I heard one of the managers who looks like an overweight skinhead or at least straight out of prison, dressing down an unhappy customer who’s kids were with him! The other managers are unfriendly as well. But then again, there seems to be an epidemic of unhappiness with McDonald’s managers. I guess high service standards are optional in the McDonald’s system.

The food is your typical McDonalds food… always taste the same which is what you would expect from a McDonalds. It’s a new place so it’s clean and nice inside.
My only complaint is that I get the wrong food over 50% of the time I go through the drive thru. It’s aggravating when I get home and find out its not what I ordered. I now have to pull into a parking space and check the contents thoroughly. One time all I ordered was a salad and thought they couldn’t mess that one up and I asked them for crutons. I asked them if they gave me the crutons and they said it was in the bag. I didn’t pull over and check thinking it was a small order and they couldn’t mess this one up and when I got home, no crutons.
The other day I went thru the drive thru on my way to work and ordered a sausage biscuit and a large diet coke. I checked the bag and verified I got the sausage biscuit but three miles down the road I drank what was supposed to be diet coke and it was Dr. Pepper (or Pibb… not sure which one they carry.).
