I enjoy going to the Cumming location. Food seems to be fresh and most staff is friendly

I used to be a BIG FAN of this location. Since new owners came in the food quality has taken a big decline– Prices went up quality and quantity went down. It is not a good value for the hard earned dollar anymore. I just paid $ 10.00 for lunch for mostly dried chow mien and celery. I do not recommend nor will I return again.

Okay, so it’ not real chinese food, BFD. I really don’t think it tries to be. Where is the last «real» Chinese place you ate at that wasn’t in a primarily Asian populated area?
This place is fast, and the flavor is definitely American at heart but can still appeal to those of us with slightly more exotic taste buds. I’ve never had a fatty or inedible piece of meat (can you say that about your precious REAL Chinese place?)
My wife is crazy over the Beijing Beef which I can’t ever seem to find any variation of any of our local restaurants. Any time we are in the 400 exit 14 – 17 areas, we make it a point to stop in.

1 star. If I ever go here again you’ll know that aliens kidnapped me and removed my taste buds. Or I died and came back as a starving stray dog. Or their giving away a free car with every order.

I have no clue why this place was so packed or how this chain managed to grow to hundreds of restaurants. The food is bland and mediocre at best. People in China would be insulted. The mystery meat also doesn’t help. Portions are small. I wouldn’t come back here ever. And BTW, Chipotle was closed next door, which is why we ended up here.

My better half and I have eaten here several times of which we enjoyed the food. Always freshly prepared, verily friendly staff. We will be back! It is a great place for fast food. Nice variety on the menu…

Open ½ hr. ½ items on hot table. Slow customer service.

I’m only writing this review after I happened to see the negative reviews for this fast-​food place.
To those that complain, come on, this isn’t some super-​fancy valet parking high dining establishment. This is for getting decent food fast at a decent price. A chinese version of McDonald’s if you will.
I’ll admit the food isn’t the best chinese in the world but I would come back and for the intended market it does its job well.

Mall Chinese food without the big parking lot! Apparently, I am one of the few who don’t care for this place because the place was packed the whole time I was getting my food. For mall Chinese, it wasn’t bad. However with several other options in the neighborhood, why would you go here?

The customer service at this location is awesome! Super friendly and had no problem serving you fresh veggies/​rice if requested. Food is great!

We needed a quick and cheap meal on our return trip from the Magical Lights of Lake Lanier Islands. This store was clean and service was quick. They have a much larger selection than their typical food court stores in the malls. That makes it difficult to decide because you can only see the choices once your moving through the order line (or try to read the tags from the dining area). You can ask for a sample of an item while moving through the line, and I went with the new Kobari Beef and it turned out to be my favorite. The Peking Beef had a strong orange flavor but the breading made it a bit doughy in texture. The breading used on the chicken in the Kung Pao Chicken also was a detractor. The Chow Mein and Spring Rolls were actually better than I normally get in a mall food court. If you’re expectations are properly set the place is acceptable for the right purpose.
