Locally owned and operated family bike shop. The staff was very helpful in choosing the right bikes for my wife and I. Showroom is comfortable and has lots of different bikes from the novice to competitive and plenty of gear to go with.

Best bike shop in town, once you buy a few bikes you’ll get fantastic service and pricing. Not very diverse though, mostly run by privileged white boys, needs more women in there. Lol I’m jk(mostly, women in spandex is always welcome) TODD and the boys will take fantastic care of you. A shop that doesn’t live in denial about the Internet in the 21st century and still thrives.

I was blown away by the quantity and quality of time Todd spent with my son Justin. Fitting and choosing a saddle can be incredibly difficult, but Todd handles it with style and delicate mention of the most important players in the seat game. Thanks so much, Todd, for really caring about what you do and who you do it for. It really shows.

Impressive selection of high end road bikes, mountain bikes, and accessories. Service seems helpful. High volume of bikes hanging from the ceiling waiting to be worked on or picked up would seem to be indicative of good mechanics, low storage space, or a combination of the two. One area in which I think this store could improve is training for its ride leads. It may just be that it’s early in the season, but in the B2 ride last week, several people got dropped before the last regroup point, and there was no full regrouping. I felt bad and wanted to stay back with them, but am not familiar enough with the route. This week, the 6 pm groups decided to leave early. I would feel comfortable recommending the store, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way for the group rides. They’re not really any different than you would find at most stores, and there are other stores where the leads do more to ensure that the rides are organized, efficient, and safe.

Not for Unracers(see Grant Peterson’s [owner of Rivendell Bikes] book«Just Ride» if you don’t know what an «unracer» is). If you’re not a practicing«Mountain Biking and Carbon Fiber are the Be All End All» AVOID this church of separating you from your cash(kinda easy to do as they’re in the middle of NOWHERE).

Fast and friendly service on my son’s bike. Super high prices on some of their inventory, but a great all around shop.

Great bunch of guys! I am having my bike overhauled completely(everything new except the frame… that just got a sick paintjob) Very knowledgeable definitely worth the price of labor. Chris is the go to guy for hand built wheel sets. Got my first good bike from them, and now I’m getting it reinvented by them :)

A great selection of mountain and road bikes. Plus they really listen to you and what you’re looking for. The shop is terrific as well. It’s the only place I’ll take my wheels.

Todd and company are the real deal. Awesome sales staff, and the service department is also top notch. Service after the sale is what counts — anyone can sell you a bike, it’s how they treat you AFTER they have your money that counts, and these guys get it right. Extremely busy shop, but all of the staff take time to greet you from whatever they are doing and check to see if you need help. It is a small shop, but is packed to the gills with lots of high-end eye candy to drool over — thankfully most of the bikes are suspended from the ceiling, so the drool just gets on you — not the merchandise. Check them out if you are remotely close — you won’t be disappointed!

Oh my god this place is amazing. Got a great set of mountain Trek800’s for my youngest kids and got a couple single speed bikes on the way. These guys really know what is going on with customer service and bikes. They always do a great job and do little things like wipe down the frame and clear the wiring, minor adjustments. I really like the feel of the interior and the selection for over a couple years now. Really a great place if you live in the Cumming, it really is worth the money your spending. My son is really into the competition bikes, while me and my wife are on the trails whenever we get a break from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. They have a great selection for families, just ask them about the family style rides they carry. I recommend bringing the family, so you can get a unified agreement. I’m telling you this business has done great work for me and my family, my son swears they do the best work and have the best selection for competition bikes in the Cumming area. Enjoy!

A friend introduced me to Reality a couple of years ago and now I won’t shop anywhere else. It is THE bike shop. These guys know bikes because they all race bikes. No career sales people here. There are other bike shops in the Atlanta area with a larger selection of bikes, but none have authentic knowledge like Reality. The double bonus is they leave the arrogant attitude at home. They have primarily competition style bikes for mountain, road, tri, single speeds etc, but also have some comfort and family style rides. If you are serious about riding, this is your place.
