Tried it twice for repair. Both times they sent me to a real Apple Store. Not really worth the trip. But always super nice and will offer to make you an appointment at the mall Apple stores.

I agree with Arianna G. I went in to get my son’s iPhone fixed, they were nice, but explained that they just sent the phones out, that Apple limited them on the phone stuff(it was an Apple covered fix with the sleep button) The salesgirl said«we are all about everything but phones so if you have a problem with a computer, iPad, etc please come back. So I went to the Apple Store. They gave me a new phone. Then my friend was visiting from Boston and had just bought an iPad but her son set it up wrong, she couldn’t get her emails, etc. So we went there. Guess what? She was told the same thing, „you should go to the Apple Store“. So I guess they just want to stand around and sell you stuff. Unfortunate, since they are very convenient to where I live. P. S. when my son’s phone broke I called them from work, wanting to stop by on my way home, I called several times, the phone rang and rang, no answer, no v/m. when I told that to the store clerk she said „yea, we are short handed today“. I’m sorry… can’t technology help» Oh wait, you don’t know how, you should go to the Apple Store.

Save yourself the trouble and go to an Apple Store. The staff at this Simply Mac are uninterested in helping. The answers were curt and the repair times they quoted were outrageously long. Apple got my Mac tonight and I’ll have it back by tomorrow morning.

Honestly, I personally do not like this store. Everyone is super nice, but in terms of support, it lacks here. If you go to the Apple store, the service is more professional and are better in making sure your product works. I also noticed that the store isn’t competitive in pricing. Best Buy and other electronic stores always have better deals. I don’t see the point in buying something here when I can get it somewhere else cheaper. I would shop here more often if they started matching prices, but buying Apple Products, you want to save every dollar you can. Bottom Line: It’s a no from me.

If I try for more than an hour to get someone on the phone, I do not even want to start dealing with this company. How do you conduct business if you cannot answer the phone? I will definitely rather deal with any other store but this one!

Tried to buy an iPhone 6 tonight. Spent an hour there and ended up walking out without a phone. The one woman really tried, while the other two(although trying to be nice) were worthless and just watched. They could not get the phone activated and the people on the phone were even challenging whether they were a valid AT&T seller. Take my advice and go to an AT&T or Apple Store. These guys have no idea(or no support) to activate phones.

Recently purchased and took an individual lesson here. Problem here is the instructor. I knew more than he did unfortunately and I’m no techie so that’s saying something. Not sure how they get away with having people around that just seem to guess on how to do something rather than KNOWING how to do it. In the end I paid for nothing and I think I wound up teaching the«instructor» a couple of things. Too bad. Won’t come back for a lesson nor to buy anything. Felt ripped off.

Lots of helpful service here — you don’t have to stand around looking for someone to help you. Follow up service after the sale is good as well. They seem to have everything for Apple users in stock. I was surprised at the negative reviews here — maybe I catch the PeachMac folks on their good days.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve bought a laptop and multiple accessories. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is they aren’t stocked very well. They don’t have any Bose headphones, and only 3 headphones are on display.

Great Apple products but beware of buying here though. They do not offer the same service or convenience if you have a problem. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Apple Store. I bought an iPhone 5 charging cable with a one year warranty. I had a problem with it after 45 days and they would not replace as they said Apple might not give them credit as a damaged item. This cable was in great condition with no visible signs of abuse. They like to keep the manager in the back and make you wait for 10 minutes for the bad news. Totally lame! This was my second bad experience with Peachmac.

I went in for a charging cable for my iPhone 5. The staff was pretentious, unhelpful and ill-informed, not to mention insulting. The products are way overpriced, the selections are limited, and did I mention? The person who«helped» me needs to learn how to treat people(not to mention customers or elders) with a modicum of respect.

Extremely Overpriced Repair I do not generally leave negative reviews but today I HAD to mention the extremely overpriced repair quote I got when I took in my laptop. I was told that the part would be $ 79 and the repair $ 99 — $ 178. Later I went to the Apple Store at mall of Georgia where they quoted $ 48 for the part and $ 39 for the labor — $ 87. That’s just less than HALF of the cost at Peach Mac. Ouch!
