We bought a living social deal for a one hour wine and cheese tasting for 4. It was a good deal for the price.
This little wine shop is located in the large shopping plaza, The Collection. It’s on the far backside near mellow mushroom.
The shop is small but has a ton of wines ranging from $ 10– the most expensive I saw was about $ 91, but they probably have higher prices.
The tasting was held in a room in the back. There was a large table that sat about 12 people plus some additional bar type seating against the wall.
My only major complaint and why I didn’t give more stars is the stools that line the table to sit on for an hour straight. SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Backless seats are uncomfortable enough but these are steel and our trip to the shop was in the winter time so we had on long sweaters which caused us to constantly slowly slip off the metal stool. I was glad it was only an hour event.
Our hostess pouring and educating us did well, but she was no guru. She was fun and pleasant though.
Sad news is that the county limits the amount they are allowed to pour so this isn’t like some tasting I’ve been to in the past (or in the city) that are generous.
All-​in-​all glad we went but not sure I’d do another tasting, but because the staff was so friendly and the selection of wine was nice I would consider buying again. (I bought one of the wines we tasted which were all very generously priced at less than $ 20)

Had a great experience here last weekend for a first visit! Very informative tasting with 6 different wines. We also had an awesome little cheese and cracker plate to go with. Wines seem very reasonably priced and all of the cheeses and crackers could also be purchased right there. Great if you need something for an impromptu gathering! Lovely boutique atmosphere and a great way to enjoy an evening with friends. Looking forward to my next visit!

Enjoyed a wine tasting done at local Italian restaurant. Very informative. Reasonable prices. Helped me pick out a cheese to pair. Will definitely be back.

This is a great and affordable place to get a great wine your not going to find just anywhere! The staff is amazing! Very knowledgeable. If your opening to trying new stuff they give great recommendations!

This was so fun! I am not a huge fan of white wine, but this was informative and opened my eyes to some whites that I can actually drink. And the cheese… Omg the cheese was so great! Everything was affordable, too. We found a red blend we loved and bought some. Really the only thing that would’ve made this better was a mountain scenery in the background, but I think that’s a little too much to ask for Cumming. Teehee.
We’ll definitely check the schedule and be back sometime!

We are members of wine of the month club and have attended a few tastings. The owner and staff are terrific and always makes us feel welcome.

Took wifey for Valentines Week celebration. About 16 people for Thursday evening tasting at 7pm. Six wines and 3 cheeses. Really yummy. Great experience. I recommend especially if you are close to Cumming location.

Completely overpriced wine tastings. The owner spent a lot of time telling our tasting group what she can’t do, much of which was untrue. Interesting wines and cheese, but I’ll never go back.

Great staff and great wine list that fits everyone’s budget! Every time we go in it is like seeing friends!!! They have fun gift ideas for birthdays and the holidays.

Love this store! We have been to tastings and also just stopped by for wine and cheese. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Also love the $ 15 and under shelf, you can never go wrong there!

Great place to find great wines and unique cheeses. I went to a wine tasting with a group of friends and it was so much fun. The staff is knowledgable and very friendly. It is definitely a jewel in the ‘burbs!
