C & R Cleaning

I have been using C&R cleaning for years. I have recommended to numerous friends and family. Never a disappointment! Always love the job.

I just want to tell you how much it means to me to come home to a clean living environment after C&R has been there. The mess made from my kids and dog makes me so anxious, and even more so that I can’t keep up with my family on my own. To walk into my house and have it look and smell clean brings tears to my eyes almost every single time. Especially seeing how well my boys rooms and special blankies and toys are cared for. They place special touches in each room from fixed beds, to washed dishes, to folded toilet paper on the roll! I really appreciate you guys and your hard work! I would recommend them to anyone (and i do). They are so sweet. You wont be disappointed.

I will be the first to admit that our previous cleaners did a horrible job and our offices were very very dirty. Carla came to our offices to take a look, I requested a quote for a «deep cleaning, top to bottom». She pointed out items that would be taken care of, dirty doors, dirty door frames, floors, bathrooms, etc. She told me it would be a lot of work, I totally agreed and didn’t balk when she gave me her price and asked for a check up front. My first mistake was not getting the details of the cleaning in writing! My second mistake was paying her 100% up front. They came out and cleaned on a Saturday, when I came into work on Monday first thing I noticed was how nice the office smelled, second thing I noticed was the dirty walls, dirty door frames and the dirty door that she said she would clean in particular. When I emailed Carla and said I was a little disappointed that none of the walls, doors or door frames had been cleaned as promised, she gave me a list of all the things they had cleaned and told me they worked very hard and that I couldn’t expect everything to be perfect. What??? I suggest that you get it all in writing and not pay 100% up front. I am now stuck hiring someone else and paying them to come out and clean the walls, door frames and doors that I paid her to clean.

I have been using them for the last 5 years! The are reliable and always give me some thing extra. When i need to change the time and even if I have last minute change, they always accommodate my families’ needs. They cleaned my house for my wedding and didn’t even charge us. They are nice people!

They just did not show up for work at scheduled time. Did not even pick up the phone when I used my cell phone (which was probably saved in tier address book). I had to call using my home phone to get the lady to confirm they are indeed not coming to clean.
