I was looking in the craigslist and I saw pronto house cleaner. I call and spoked to Gloria if he can clean my house in San Jose and I told her I need it very badly right away she told me she can do it the same day. Gloria is awesome she did good very nice person and professional. Defiatly using her again. Thank you

I was looking for a one time house cleaning and I tried many of the Unilocal recommended House cleaning services and was disappointed in what I found. Several of the good ones did not have openings or were difficult to contact.
I found Gloria Santos (Owner) on Craig’s list. She was able to come to my house and give me a quote one day and was able to schedule the cleaning for the next day. We decided on what was to be done and she gave me a good price for the whole Job. She showed up on time, with an additional worker, and all her cleaning gear, and went strait to cleaning. I had my Kitchen and two bathrooms cleaned and my floors vacuumed and mopped. She finished within the time she estimated and did a good job. We went over several areas that I thought could use additional cleaning and she finished those well.
I give her five (5) stars for professionalism, promptness and price. I giver her four (4) stars for the cleaning job, and a (5) Star overall.
I understand she works in Sunnyvale and the surrounding areas. She also does weekly and bi-​monthly cleaning appointments.
I will definitely contact her again when I need my next cleaning.
